I got this for my husband for his bday and I use it just as much as him, I even use it on my shoulders! It's a good product and great price!

This is a perfect size massager, portable and light weight. I just received it a day and half ago so I'm basing on my one use after I received it. This is a shiatsu massage so it is hard & deep on neck & shoulder but didn't put my entire weight against it. I was able to lean up and let it lower by itself down my back. From waist to hip the deep massage did not hurt (probably because more cushion from my body in those areas. I am an sore, but what was expected after the initial massage I plan to place a small, folder towel on it today to help with the pain of upper back massage. Does exactly as it says it will do and love the price, lightness and portability for easy travel. I stay stressed and have tight muscles all the time and this works well as I could feel the "stress ball's" popping away and relaxing me. It was such a relief when popping those areas I could have fallen asleep easily & actually almost did. Highly recommend for the price, portability and functionality compared to the big bulky massagers. Now to see how long it will last. ☺️only possible issue is that after 15 minutes is up the electric plug was from very warm to hot but was using a standard extension cord. I would buy others if these ss gifts as it's not heavy nor bulky. Hope this helps. I am small framed and bit having to hold the heavy weight of others is ideal

It feels great. The heating part is a plus. The duration could be longer. It'd be better if you could set a timer.

Bought this for my mom for Mother's Day, k. She already opened it and we have been trying it out. We both have bad backs, mine a little worse than hers. She's got a couple discs herniated and I have two broken facet joints, three herniated discs, a pinched nerve at L5S1. Arthritis, and multiple other issues in the same area. That being said, it hurt my back more than helped it. I'm not saying this is bad, just not for my back. I did find something that helped. If you out this under a thin goose down pillow and then lay on that with this underneath, it felt great. It's more so for muscle pain relief. I used it on my neck this morning and fell in love with it. It cycles directions every couple of minutes and the heat begins to really kick in and help after it's been running for a few minutes. After several minutes it turns itself off, which is fine because this isn't mean for LONG running sessions. You'll be MORE sore if you over use it. Trust me! It gets in there deep! That's what she said... yeah I hear ya! Speaking of my mom, she actually liked it on her back and didn't care for it on her neck! That goes to show you, it really depends on you. If you weigh well above average, I doubt you'll like it on your back. I mean just laying on it is hard enough. The massager part is just two sets of balls, one large and one small... that's what she said again??? Come on just listen! Two sets of balls... that rotate under a fabric cover that is also removable if you need to clean it I guess. The balls are hard mounted and not on a bearing so when they turn, they are working you fairly aggressively! Good luck.

As soon as it arrived I plugged it in, layed back with it right at my neck, and turned it on. Holy moley this think worked almost instant.Have always had neck pains/back pains/headaches due to degenerative disc disease, foraminal stenosis in my lower spine, and degenerative arthritis. As soon as I turned it on, not even a min later my neck relaxed, my sinuses opened up, and my migraine was almost completely subdued.When I put it in the middle of my back between the shoulder blades, I could feel my shoulders relaxing. And for the lower back, my lefs actually tingled. And my back popped a few times and I was in heaven.I'm not saying this is a cure or that it will work like this for everyone with similar back issues, but boy did it feel amazing to be able to lay down without something pinching or hurting.When the heat setting was on, it was a nice luke warm temperature for me. Didnt get overly hot. When the heat is on, it has a red light to help you know when its on so no guessing if it is or not.And when the knobs do the alternating rotaion from clockwise to counter clockwise, that was what had me buying another one. I've used the vibeating massagers thinking it would work. But they do t even compare to this device. Its truely a deep tissue massager thru n thru. So glad I found it!

It starts off ok then it just starts to hurt the longer its going

Just received this massager yesterday, used it last night the first time, I have to say this neck and back massager is wonderful!I like very deep and strong shiatsu massage,most of massager I have bought just not meet my needs. My shiatsu whole back chair massager died 2 months ago, and it costed almost $200 for something only lasted 7 months, what a waste of money! So not plan to spend more money on any of massager when looking for another one.Thanks for this affordable yet powerful shiatsu massager, hopefully it will last for a long while!
