Old Faithful: Yellowstone National Park SW (National Geographic Trails Illustrated Map) (National Geographic Trails Illustrated Map, 302)

Exactly what I wanted. I have earlier versions, all the way back to when they were just Trails Illustrated and no National Geographic. But the new versions have currently closure info and other trail info. While the older versions give better contour detail than these new ones. The new ones give greater detail on the man made things like building, parking, and other infrastructure. So having old and new is the way to go!

Perfect for a betchler river trip

Some annotations on the map are not explained in the key and I'm yet to figure'm out. I've also yet to get on the scene to assess the accuracy but seems a quality item.

Navigated all the back country with this. Pefect - I backpacked the whole southwest corner of this park with this map and the Tetons.

I bought it for my trip across the US.Ok, I had my GPS, but we must always have a map on us.It is very useful, because your can find a lot of information.

Excellent map. Unlike another and locally produced map it has backcountry campsites marked by number which greatly enhances trip planning.
