Purchased a size L and followed the chart recommended size . The fit is nice, loved the sleeves and shoulders. They both fit nicely and are modest enough to wear all summer to church or special events. The sheerness worried me , but I have no complaints at all . I'm surprised that it isnt as sheer as I thought it might be. And it arrived a week early. I could have sized down , except my bust is a little bigger than average. I'm 174 lbs and 5'3 . And 8 weeks postpartum so still have a bit of a belly. Needed a nice dress for a graduation I'm attending out of state. Highly recommend this dress. Wore it with a vanity fair slip underneath and it worked amazingly well together. In the picture I'm also trying it on with a sports bra on and it still worked great . I'm so happy with this purchase.

I love this light fabric flowing dress. The sleeves are beautifully made! The fit is perfect. I ordered a Medium and I am 5’8 150lbs. I loved the look so much I will order another one in a different color. I got so many compliments on the color! No pockets.

The shoulders are wide... looks like a graduation gown on top so maybe order down a size? The length was great. Obviously not made for my body BUT the dress itself was really pretty and flattering on someone else. I liked that it was conservative but interesting with the sheer stripes. I might order the next size down because I could see it being a reliable outfit for dinner or church. The dress is not sheer- just the stripes that are meant to be are. I would recommend.

The material feels great and the style is nice. I typically wear large, I’m 4’11 and 145 lb. This was huge on me. I should have bought a medium. It looked like a moo moo on me and was super long on me.

AMENDED REVIEW (one star): DO NOT PURCHASE! You can see my original review below.I purchased the first dress in this style (the one shown in the photo) LESS THAN FIVE MONTHS AGO. I liked it so much (at first -- see initial review), that I've purchased a few other colors / patterns. Now, I wish that I hadn't.The net trim - which is similar or identical to tulle - is tearing away from the dress. Since I've now looked closely at how it is constructed / sewn, I can see why. I can't tell if the problem is due to the seam being too narrow or if the netting, itself, is of low quality -- or both. I have almost a lifetime of sewing experience and am very accomplished -- so I should have inspected the first dress when I first received it and anticipated this problem.Fortunately, since I can sew, I can replace the netting with another type of trim (probably another type of sheer fabric). Which is a hassle, but quite frankly not as big a hassle as returning the three or four of these dresses that I have purchased. Which, as I noted in my original review, I otherwise like. If I were not able to sew and were not confident that I can fix this problem as it arises on each garment, I would be returning them all to Amazon.(Haha -- I promise that it only coincidence that my middle finger is the one sticking through the tear. I didn't even realize that until I noticed it in the photo here.)ORIGINAL REVIEW (five stars): I love this dress. I use it as a tunic top over leggings or pants. It pulls over the head, so no buttons, snaps, or the like to mess with. It is easy care -- comes out of a (low) drier almost wrinkle-free.

I loved this dress I loved everything about it! Especially the way I looked in it is smart serious and playful at the same time it can also be sexy with the open trim on the sleeves and the bottom of the skirt. Skirt has a lot of movement which helps cover flaws I had a good time in the dress I look nice in the dress I want to get it in every color it’s offered in! I’m tall about 5’9” I wear 2 inch heels when I get dressed up and that made the dress hit me right at the knee maybe slightly above the knee. I want to get it in every color available.

I purchased a 2X so it would fit a little big (I usually wear a XL). I'm 210, 5'3 and this fit perfect, right at the knee. It wasn't tight and very comfortable.

Loved wearing this dress to a big event. Red is beautiful. Got plenty of compliments. Easy to iron and easy to wear. Washed on cold and hung to dry. Looks like new. I'm 5'2" and 150lbs. Normally wear XL, but I needed a L in this.

Color not as described, overall nice product i do recommend.

Yellow colour in pic not as expected, turned out to me more of a dark cream. But the fit of the dress is nice and comfortable
