Melissa & Doug Pasture Pals - 12 Collectible Horses With Wooden Barn-Shaped Crate - Toy Horses, Horse Figures For Kids Ages 3+

This is my third time buying this for a gift. It’s a big hit with the little girls! So cute and fun.

The media could not be loaded. My toddler became obsessed with horses and this toy definitely did not disappoint. She continues to get lots of play time with it. All of the horses have held up wonderfully. We love the container it comes in and actually kept it to keep the horses organized. We love Melissa and Doug and are very happy this toy lived up to our expectations from this brand.

Once again, I love Melissa and Doug products. Great stuff and usually a decent price. These horses are no exception. There are twelve horse in the set (really just several of a few different poses that were then given different colored coats, manes, and tails) which is my favorite part of this toy. The horses are plastic with fuzzy coats and "realistic" manes and tails - although the manes are all short and fuzzy rather than long and flowing. I like that the back of the storage box (which is also nice and sturdy, I just wish it had a lid somehow!) has a photo of each type of horse and some facts about each one. That's why I gave it four stars for education - although if you don't read that, you won't learn much. The "fuzz" on the horses doesn't seem to rub off and I haven't found pieces of tail anywhere, so I think they will hold up nicely to my kids' playing.

We bought this for our niece for Christmas, and I was very impressed by the quality. She's been fascinated with horses for months, so I looked around and this collection seemed to have AMAZING reviews. She's three years old and absolutely fell in love with these horses! Our granddaughter loved these little horses. They are small, but with soft fur and brushable mane and tail. She used the box as a barn.Good quality.

These twelve beautiful little horses are just enchanting! There is a description of the breed that is very interesting. Though it was disappointing that there is a mark where they were secured the the box, and one where there tail was secured to their leg; but overall they are a very good product. I highly recommend them.

Cute, but not a favorite toy. The plastic and flocking are pretty cheap on these. The Melissa and Doug take along stable is so much better and more played with. This just kinda sits around. The price is find for the quality I guess I just expected more from this toy company.
