Assembly was a little challenging but once put together it was easy to install on the truck and worked great for hauling the snow blower to different places to help clear the snow.

UPDATE to Previous Review: Originally I did find the unit to show rusting right after installed and wrote a review about that and the hardware. The company contacted me about a partial refund or return and I accepted the partial refund so I could repaint the places rusting and purchase some different bolts for the swing arm connection. The unit is very stable and I am happy with the purchase. I feel the company went above and beyond to address my concerns and would definitely purchase from then again the the future.

Ok so I got this to be able to easily carry my husband's folding electric wheelchair around easier than having to fold it and lift it into the cargo area. In that it's perfect, however my husband's wheelchair is narrower than most of the higher priced electric wheelchairs on the market such as jazzy etc and just barely fits. It's sturdy enough and easy enough to assemble. May be a bit heavy for elderly people as its about 75lbs assembled. Is as mentioned a bit narrow so make sure you carefully measure your chair or scooter but overall for our purpose it's a great product and price wasn't bad either compared to some on the market.

This gait to drive the scooter up on does not sit level and makes it difficult for me (smallFemale) to get the scooter on without pushing it from behind. Also the clamps have cheap pull rings. It broke and we had to replace it with a key ring. The pull rods also make it a much less wider cramp to drive upon. The front wheels get a caught in them.

My scooter arrived early, was all packaged and easy to assemble best value for the money....

Instructions suck pictures aren’t illustrated at all. The way the picture go vs the item it’s like the pin bracket was welded to the wrong side bs what was pictured in the instructions that weren’t very good it was illustrated like something from wish.com also didn’t fold and was missing parts (nuts to the bolts)

The unit seemed strong and stout initially, but after only one use, the holes used to secure it in the upright position do not line up so I can't secure it in place unless I use a bungee cord to secure it to the scooter. Very disappointed in the quality and the assembly instructions were totally useless.
