I used this product to make my own ginger oil and it was perfect for what I needed it for.

This ginger is so bad it doesn’t even taste hot or spicy. It smells rotten. It looks dull grey/brown. It will ruin whatever you are using it in.I had bought some from the store and died it myself. It taste gingery, kept it’s heat, and is a nice yellow color. It feels light.The ginger from organic way is totally different. I can’t even confirm it is ginger and would have to send it to a lab to make sure.On top of that, there is zero way to contact the company to complain. No way to return. This is basically a scam.

I t came in a bag and the bag that contained the ground ginger ripped. all the ginger came out. it was a mess. Also it is bad quality and not cut or sifted

This ginger was awful. It smells bad and tastes nothing like ginger. There is nothing to encourage you to buy this product since it is practically inedible.

I normally like to eat a hand full of Ginger streight up each day. I have bought freeze dried that is soft and fluffy. This India dried Organic Way Ginger is as hard as wood and looks like sawmill remains. The taste is sharp so know it's ginger. With this my choices will be to drink this in hot tea or add to my cooking to get my normal intake. You get a lot for the money so that's a plus.
