The bike is beautiful and sturdy. The issue I had it arrived scratch on the frame, and one of the tire mudd protector was damaged. I changed the seat because the seat it came with is very hard and uncomfortable. I reached out to Amazon with my problems and they worked with me. As far as the ride it rode very well. I live in NYC, I'm sure when the weather gets better I will be enjoying this e-bike a lot more. Also, the instructions it came with was not helpful at all. You will need to refer to YouTube for support. Thank goodness my husband is very knowledgeable and was able to finish building the bike.

I found a great deal! It took me about a year to found what I was looking for. It had to be enough power I'm 52' at 140 lbs & I'm 65 yrs in Aug plus haven't rode a bike in sometime about 11 yrs so I knew that I needed pedal assist. This is my first Electric bike & I did good this bike it is fun & powerful Plus it was easy to assemble. Thank you! :)

I am only leaving 4 stars, as there were 2 bolts that looks like they were put on before they were supposed to be. and they’re extremely tight to the point that i only broke the tool trying to get it off, so i could attach the proper pieces. A little upset about that, but otherwise everything else was fine.

I would have given this bike 5 stars were it not for the fact that it did not come with assembly instructions and there wasn't even a video to follow.

Great bike for me because I'm getting older and my legs aren't the way they used to be. It has some decent power and it's quite comfortable, but the handlebar is a bit unstable and the motor is a bit loud. Overall though, I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Bike works great alot of bike for it's size lol I'm 6'1 and the bike is rated for riders 6'1-6'3 I fit comfortably it feels nice but sadly "U.P.S" delayed the shipping by 5 days on top of that the shipping box states that the product must be shipped in an upright position when I received it ups had dropped it off upside down the box had damage and the front tire cover was damaged along with the plug for the rear braking light cable it appeared as if during shipping the cable was torn out of the brake light socket.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BIKE...IT CAME WITH A BIKE SEAT THAT WAS JUST TOO SMALL SO I PURCHASED A NEW "LARGE" SEAT ON Amazon AND IT'S PERFECT. IT IS WELL BUILT AND IS JUST A PURE JOY. I'm having so !ugh fun riding it. So worth the money.
