when i opened the sheets i thought very nice when i opened them up there was no flannel and no pattern or colour on the back which looks awful especially the top sheet i washed them gently and the flannel had lost its softness what made it worse i bought two pair

Bought for my mum, as she wanted some tasteful, brushed cotton sheets.Absolutely lovely! Lovely and cosy, fitted bed and looks really pretty!Mum loves them! We bought two sets so we can always have a set on the bed!

If I hadn't washed these sheets before putting them on my bed, I'd have returned them in a heartbeat. While they are a beautiful pattern and stayed wrinkle-free, they are the most uncomfortable sheets I've ever slept on. I washed and dried according to the tag and they are still that awful scratchy and uncomfortable flannel. I'm livid given the price I paid for them. Definitely goes to show that choosing to pay the higher price thinking you'll get a great product is not always a good thing. Skip these sheets.

These started out as typical flannel sheets in that they are warm and cozy but begin to pill and shed after the first couple of washes and uses. Unlike other flannel sheets though the pilling and shedding doesn't let up after several washings and uses. Bits of flannel shed all over the floor near the foot of the bed and after a while these sheets become so pilled that they are almost like sleeping on tiny bits of gravel. The fabric is thinner than others I've used and I doubt will stand the test of time. Stitching quality & finishing isn't great but for some reason slightly better than the sateen version of same sheets. For the cost of over $85 I expected much better. The pattern is very attractive and the rating an additional star for that reason.

This is the first time, as an adult, that I have ventured to purchase cotton flannel sheets for myself. These sheets are making such a huge difference in the level of warmth and comfort they provide, in a climate where cold, dry winter weather has descended upon us early. When I was a child, my mother always used cotton flannel sheets on the beds during the wintertime and regular cotton sheets the rest of the year. I had forgotten just what a difference they can make. These sheets are so soft and cozy, and I have been sleeping very well since I started using them a couple of weeks ago. I choose to wash them in cold to low warm water and dry them on a delicate cycle, which is working out great. I highly recommend these sheets!!
