Product quality back with superb customer service!!!!!!
Ordered this for family engagements. Previously ordered a 10 x 30, 10 x 20 and a 10 x 10 through eBay vendors and products were of flimsy and weak stability and blew away with the slightest arrival of wind also connectors and poles snapped and bended. With this product ordered through Brandline , product arrived as expected all parts accounted for , easily assembled with ease with the assistance of parts and assembly manual that came with the product. Had a few minor issues with parts damaged through shipping and human error on my end but with the superb help of customer care assistance (Claire) and the Brandline team everything was handled worried free with parts replaced and shipped in no time at all. If I could rate Claire's customer assistance and the Brandline team performance I would give them five stars!!!!!!PS, Thank you Brandline for this superior quality of a Quictent 13x26 heavy duty outdoor gazebo party tent and as well as superb customer assistance from Claire and the Brandline team!!!!!!

Quictent 20x32 Event Tent
Overall, the tent worked perfectly for our evening party, providing shelter and a good focal point.Pros:*The tent is attractive.*The tent was well designed and was reasonably easy to put up.*The instructions were not awesome, but they were entirely adequate to enable us to assemble the tent, and all the parts were clearly marked with the respective part number.*A couple of parts were damaged, but customer service was helpful and responsive and sent replacement parts out quickly.Cons:*You will need to be aware of the wind forecast for the day of your event if you live in an area where brisk winds are common. We erected it on the down-wind side of our barn on a day when winds peaked around 20mph. We anchored the corners and sides with T-posts and ratchet straps to keep the wind from lifting it. It survived it well enough, but I don't think it would have made it through nearly as well without the shelter of the barn and the extra anchoring. To be fair, though, I'm not sure whether or not a rented tent would have done much better under those conditions.*The shipping boxes were fortified with thin sheets of plywood at the ends to help protect the metal poles, but we still had some minor damage in shipping, and the boxes were not really in very good shape to store the tent afterwards.General comments:*Our total cost to buy the tent was just a little bit more than it would have cost to rent one, although the rental cost would have included putting up and taking down the tent -- something to consider if you don't have time or several people to help put it up. I'd say 4 people is a good sized crew, at least for raising the roof structure off of the ground. 2-3 people are adequate to assemble the roof structure on the ground.*For reference, we had eight 60" diameter round tables under the 10x32 foot tent, with 8 chairs around each table and had room to walk between them. You might be able to squeeze in another table or two, but it would start to get crowded, especially if you use all the side and end walls.*It would be really helpful to have storage bags or crates available to put it in after use. We will probably make something, as right now I have all the tubular parts in small bundles of 6-8 tubes secured with ball bungees. This works pretty well, but we will have to be careful handling them to avoid damaging the ends of the tubes.*Don't wait until the last minute (like I did) to unpack the parts and examine them for damage. The end of one of our vertical legs was significantly squashed due to handling during shipment and we had to straighten and reshape it to get it to fit in its mating socket. Even though customer service was very responsive, it still took a few days to get replacements. If I had examined it sooner, I probably could have avoided the "blacksmithing" I had to do to straighten the parts.*A rubber mallet is handy for assembly and disassembly. Mine was black rubber and left "skid marks" on the white paint that I had to rub off. A white or non-marking mallet would be better.*For what it's worth, the description says 20x32 tent. The box says 20x33 feet. It appears that it is actually 6x10 meters which is pretty close to 33 feet.

Already paid for themselves vs. renting
Nice quality for the price. Do yourself, and the tents a favor and throw away the 4 inch bungees and buy some 6 inch bungees. Also, make copies of the instructions... They get tattered fairly quickly. We bought two of these to go side by side to create a 20x40 tent for our wedding reception. We've used them twice more since then and they're holding up well. Just a little hard to pack away in the boxes. Have to be very meticulous in folding them up.

Honor your products or get out of the business.
Very disappointed in this read all specifications said water proof, heavy duty water resistant, uv protection just after set up first of rain found several little pinholes though out tent not to bad so just covered holes with white gator tape took care of it for quite awhile. I have made this a man cave set it on a 2x8 pressure treated platform and acquired it down to the platform. Now just over a year ago not it leaks everywhere especially all the seems the top is shot they would not honor it said it's over a year and warranty is not good anymore. My thoughts paying 1200 hundred dollars for it and all the specifications that they listed that it should last more than a year don't all of you? Well contacted seller and they want me to pay 300 dollars for a new top, I thought it was quite steep sense it's been leaks sense day one didn't replace it then because it's 20x40 not really very easy to take top back off it's 13.6 foot high plus it's full of all my man cave stuff, pool table stereo, lights etc. And would have to send it back to them before I was able to get another one. They wanted the hole tent back nuts. So the seller says he will sell me a top for 250 dollars but I have to purchase 5 is that stupid or what? Don't buy it I am now trying to figure out what I am going to do. They won't honor messed up faults advertising I think. Very very very very disappointed. Sincerely Raymond Lawton from Ocala Florida. Disappointed.

Good product and great customer service
For the price you can not beat it!!! I had a few issues with some connectors that were not welded properly and a few pipes that were not powered coated correctly. Customer Service asked for pictures and shipped me replacements within a few days. It was easy to put up, I built the roof up myself. I then used 6 people (could be done with less) to put the tarp on and raise it. We had a few unplanned thunderstorms so I tied it down to my truck and it held up perfectly. It rained during the party but it did not leak or have any other issues. Good product for the price point. With a few enhancements it could be a great product at the price point. I would recommend this to friends and family!!

Good tent, great customer service!
Bought this 20x20 tent over a year ago and it’s definitely has served its purpose. Hard to put up by yourself but once up, great looking tent. Now here’s where they won me over.. after a year I recently let a friend borrow the tent . Well, they left it up during a wind storm and it broke multiple poles. I contacted the company and they shipped out new poles for free! No hassel at all! That’s great customer service!
