Nordic Ware Angel Food Cake Pan, 16 Cups

I ordered this pan to replace another angel food cake pan. I was a little concerned at first because it looked smaller than my other 10 inch bundt pans. I was pleasantly surprised how well the cake baked on this pan. The release was perfect. The cleanup was quick and easy. I'm seriously thinking about buying a second one.

I needed a bigger cake pan as I started doing a bit more baking once covid was in full swing (and afterwards). I picked up this cake pan as the one I had was a bit smaller in height and didn't have the depth I needed for the recipe I was using (a lot of cake batter). This pan has produced some really great cakes that have been cooked evenly through.The pan is solid, had a sturdy frame and hasn't had any signs of warping even though it's baked over a dozen cakes at this point. Highly recommend. The cost was great, the pan performs as well as those crazy high pans and the cakes have been the proof!

These tube pans are great! I now have four so that I can bake two at a time and do a bunch of cakes in a day for upcoming large gatherings. Cakes release easily and cleanup is a breeze.

I believe that I had this for about a year before using it. I just used it on February 14, 2022. The reason that I did not use it was, I was upset that the inner ring of the tube had not been finished. If I were to handle it or send my grandchildren or any one to get it for me, or during the cleaning of it, we could easily be cut. I am Diabetic, we bruise and get hurt and cut very easily and take longer to heal than other people do. I did not want to trouble myself returning it, especially with all of the COVID-19 delays that we were experiencing. I hope that this is not the norm for NORDIC WARE products. I have never bought a pan that had this problem before. Because of it I will not purchase their products unless I can see it in person first. Thank you.

What I’d like about this pan is the nonstick coating. Anything made in this pan will slide out easily. It is an upgrade from previous designs that had welded lines in the bottom.

I love this cake pan. If you are looking for a one piece cake pan for angel food, pound cakes or other cakes this is the one to get. The pan is non stick so for Angel food you don't need to spray it and the cake comes out beautifully every time. I use this pan to make a family hand me down recipe of carrot cake. For years, this cake was made using a 2 piece pan where the center came out. But that pan was always a pain to clean and the cake batter always wound up everywhere. When I saw this one piece pan I knew I had to try it and I couldn't be happier. This pan cleans up super easy and it's even made in the USA. I have made many many cakes since buying this a few months ago and have never had an issue with it. The cakes practically fall right out and there is virtually no mess to clean up. My cakes have all baked perfectly, baking evenly and rising evenly. The pan itself is one piece and 10 inches in diameter. The height of the sides is 4 inches. The pan is just under 1 pound in weight. Some people think the pan is heavy, I think it may be heavier than some of your lightweight pans but it doesn't feel heavy to me. It is great quality and won't rust. Try this pan you won't be disappointed.

I have a Bundt cake pan but wanted a regular pound cake pan and I ordered this and it didn’t disappoint! Cake came out perfectly sized and evenly cooked and came out so easily I didn’t have to wash it just wiped it out and it was clean no crumbs or residue! Great purchase that previous reviews helped me choose! Would recommend

My original pan was a two piece, hard to clean & not simple to get cake out. This pan is so easy to clean & cake just slips out. So glad I purchased it!
