I have had this rug for over a year now. It took a little while for folds to come out -BUT they do. The smell left after a week or so. The best part about this rug is durability! It has not shown 1 stain or any wear. It is not very thick, but that’s what I wanted. I have a thick pad underneath and it feels nice. I would buy again. I have not noticed any shedding and love the look.

I bought this rug to replace a shaggy one in my living room, and at first, I was hesitant due to some mixed reviews. I almost went with a similar rug at At Home, but this one had such a great price and looked comparable. Let me tell you—I’m so glad I took the chance! This rug is absolutely beautiful.Yes, it’s on the thinner side, but a simple rug pad underneath takes care of that, adding a bit of extra comfort. The design and quality are even better in person, and it ties together my living room decor perfectly. I also purchased the runner, and it’s just as stunning! Overall, I’m thrilled with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

I bought this rug for the sole purpose of covering a hardwood in my living area. I got the 9x12. It is perfect. I got grey on grey and find the colors and striations to be quite uniform. I wasn't look for "pile", so this is perfect. It does feel food under my feet. I gave it a 4 vs 5 because of the slippery back. I have mine ancored under the sofa legs and TV stand, but it truly is very slick without the rubberized mat under it. I think this should be stressed more in the description of the product. It can be dangerous. The creases are not a biggie. They are relaxing, and a few swipes of my vacuum every day for a week, is lifting them just fine.

The media could not be loaded. If you want a carpet that’s mainly for decor this is perfect. I wanted a carpet that was just for decor so I honestly didn’t have high expectations but this carpet is pretty solid. It’s a good carpet but if it’s for your kids to play around on or actually have for comfort I wouldn’t recommend, but otherwise go for it. There’s a tiny smell like the smell of a cardboard box but honestly you can’t smell it u less you actually put your nose to the carpet. The color is nice and basically the same in the photo. It was folded so it does have creased but i’m sure they will go away with time and honestly like I said I don’t mind. It’s pretty comfortable and stable. Over all an okay carpet and would recommend.

The Positives: Soft feel. Pretty. Fairly inexpensive for a 9 X 12.The Not So Good:As with most synthetic carpet products, this one has some out-gassing to do, so you'll be living with fumes for a while. No way around that. Maybe buy it in the summer when you can leave the windows open.It came very tightly rolled inside a plastic sheath that was impossible to get off without cutting the plastic lengthwise. This despite the fact that the package says not to cut it that way, because you then won't be able to use it to return the rug if need be. But there's no way a 9 X 12 rug this tightly wrapped is going to slide out one end of the plastic wrapping.The Worst Bit: There was a significant kink/wrinkle in the rug that may or may not ever straighten out. Their customer service points to a Youtube video of someone suggesting vacuuming, reverse rolling, and waiting for this to go away. This seems to be a more serious wrinkle than that. They should take more care rolling up their rugs before shipping.Other things to know:The color I ordered was listed on Amazon as "Slate and Cream." The package actually says "Slate Blue and Cream." It's actually a light blue/gray and cream.It's a very thin rug. You'll definitely want a pad under it.This is a rug with an intentionally asymmetrical pattern. It's creamier on one end and bluer on the other. The picture shows that, but it may not be completely obvious till it's on your floor.It is not easy to return a 9 X 12 rug, though free returns are available. First you'd have to wrap it up and somehow get it to UPS. Maybe sticking out your car window.

Shipped quickly! Great price for the size! Laid flat within minutes of unrolling it. Not too thin of a rug, seems pretty durable. Perfect for my son’s bedroom! I will say it is a little slippery on the tile, it does move easily, but because the bed and computer desk are on top of it that’s not an issue for us.
