Made in CHINA. But best GF pasta….
Warning! Its made in China!! ☠️. This not only wastes resources importing , it makes their ingredient safety suspect :( They do not have the quality control the USA has. They have a reputation for dishonesty. I know they put profit before people & would not care if they harmed me. it’s unfortunate bc they are the best texture & taste of any GF pasta & I tried a dozen brands. Also low glycemic compared to yucky rice pasta. Please switch to making these in the USA!!!! If you do, you will get a customer back :) And I will tell all my friends about them so you’ll get sales growth.

Awesome
Unparalleled food and much better than regular spaghetti. It’s delicious and quite healthy even providing a lot of calcium. I cook three boxes at a time and store leftovers in the fridge and eat them all week with pasta sauce and green onions. By the way if you read the fine print these are actually black soybeans not black beans which is even better.

USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC!!
This pasta is delicious! I have been eating it for years. For all the people that are saying this product is deceptive that it is made in China and that their sourcing is not to be trusted It says RIGHT ON THE PACKAGE that it has been USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC!! Which means it has passed USDA standards.

Great pasta substitute
Tastes great and can be eaten instead of spaghetti and it does not affect my sugar levels like regular pasta. Cookies quicker than regular pasta, has a little texture to hold onto sauce. When my local store stopped carrying it, I was so happy to find it on Amazon. Even my husband will eat it.

Taste really okay, bought it purely for the low carbs
I'm on a weight cut so cutting carbs is the most efficient means to drop weight so I got these noodles. I enjoy the snappy and chewy texture, it's not grainy or mealy like almond flour. Clings to sauce really well but the actual flavor of the noodles is pretty lack luster if there even is any, but I guess that can be a good thing too if you want a neutral base for your meals. I would buy this again because of the protein to carb ratio and it is a decent ingredient overall.

I buy these buy the CASE!
I cannot find these gluten free black bean noodles in ANY store around me so I bought a case! They taste delicious & cook up to a close consistency of wheat noodles. The noodles in the box are black (black bean noodles, right?) & cook up to a very dark charcoal grey color. The water turns a charcoal grey color as well & once drained, the noodles don't typically stock to the walls of the pan as wheat noodles do.I really like the Explore Cuisine (formerly Explore Asian) & the case packaging is just right for me for a couple reasons. First, when buying in bilk, I tend to find I get a better price. Second, the noodles are so good, I go through a lot & again, since they aren't available in stores where I live, waiting for a shipment isn't always fun, especially when certain products aren't eligible for Prime shipping. The noodles are low in carbs & to me, taste really good. They do NOT taste like wheat noodles so don't compare them to that. That's like making lemon bars then saying "wow, these don't taste like brownies". Umm, just because they LOOK similar, doesn't mean they are. I toss my black bean noodles with a little olive oil & add artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, bean sprouts, broccoli, onions, water chestnuts, bell peppers, mushrooms & more. Give them a try! I think you might find you'll be surprised at how much you like them! Plus, there is no bloated feeling after eating these noodles as many experience after eating wheat pasta. Even my non-vegan, gluten loving husband thought these were pretty tasty. You may like to add a little sea salt. Not iodized (table salt). that causes high blood pressure & can make your ears ring. Try the noodles with sea salt.

as it does make a good alternative to high carb pastas
I read tons of reviews on this product before ordering it. It tasted okay, kind of bland. I'd still use it though, as it does make a good alternative to high carb pastas. I do not like the fact that it is advertised as black bean spaghetti, when it is actually black SOY bean spaghetti. I love soy beans, so no issues there but it is false advertising. If it was actual black beans, it would have a lot more flavor to it! I'd probably give this a 2.5 star (if possible) but it's still edible so I'll keep using it.
