I've been buying this juice concentrate for about 2 years. I have one or two servings every day. I use a tablespoon of the concentrate with a cup of water, and add a serving of stevia (stevia is a natural no calorie healthy sweetener which works really great in combination with berries). Aronia helps with my allergies, blood sugar control, and blood pressure control. I love the flavor of the juice, it's better than cranberry juice. I've planted 9 bushes in my yard, but it will take a while for them to reach maturity. I also have bought berries from a farmer about 2 hours away,frozen them, and made juice smoothies with aronia, blueberries, and stevia. But the taste of the Superberries juice is superb, and it is very convenient for having a glass while I'm getting ready before work. I am grateful to Superberries for producing such a high quality, delicious juice, made with berries produced by American farmers.

Love the flavor, a lil tangy, so I mix it with some juice, but it's good enough to take straight from the bottle in a spoon..

I heard about the berry from my physician. I researched the various way it came. I didn't want to plant the bush or chew on too many gummies. The juice concentrate was the easiest and most affordable form for me to take. I use about a tbsp. a day with yogurt although you can put it in any liquid, take it pure, add sugar, whatever your fancy. It is on the bitter side and is primarily an antioxidant. Many websites believe this fruit to be good for a myriad of things. I can only speak for me and tell you that my triglyceride levels were high (blame my meds). Now all my cholesterol readings are in normal range and my blood pressure is now stable within good range as well.It is a natural product and certainly will not hurt you unless you are allergic. So why not try and see what it does for you. As for me, I am either recommending it to all my friends and family or buying it for them.
