Just wish it was the girl version

My daughter specifically asked me to get this toy for my granddaughter, so I was thrilled to find that it was available on vine for me to review!This doll has an adorable face. The hair is fluffy and fuzzy, very much like the hair you would see on Sesame Street. The body is made from a soft velvety fabric, and the gown is a silky polyester type fabric.There is a white zipper that opens to reveal the doll’s organs. Each of the organs is made from the same velvety fabric as the doll. They are stuffed and soft. Under each organ is an outline of that organ as well as the organ’s name, making this an excellent teaching tool! There are strips of Velcro-like hooks under each organ, and not on the organs themselves. The fabric sticks to this Velcro easily.The doll is an odd shape, and is really flat when turned on it’s side, but that’s by design. It’s not a typical doll, and it’s not pretending to be one.This doll is cute and definitely educational. Since my five year old granddaughter has now decided she wants to be a doctor (last month she wanted to be an astronaut), this will be perfect for her! I could also see this be excellent for homeschooling as well as for a child who is dealing with a health issue.Overall I would recommend this doll. It’s definitely different, but that’s what makes it wonderful!I hope you have found my review to be helpful!

This doll us kind of steange looking. I really don't like his hair; it creeps me out a bit. But he was meant to help our youngest boy who is mostly nonverbal, to help communicate pain and process what was happening in the time around a serious medical issue. The insides of the doll aee soft and cute instead of being dark mysterious organs we can't see. The fact that the doll comes in a hospital gown, just like he was going to have to wear, helped alleviate some fears. I highly recommend this doll.

My husband works for a medical equipment company therefore he likes to teach our kids something about people's bodies, organs, and health. It's hard to show little kids real pictures of people's bodies. And this toy is really convenient and a cute way to teach kids about it. Although they are simple toys, they work well. The fabric is soft and kid-friendly. We have nothing to complain about.

This is such a fun way to learn with your little ones. It's the best way to learn through play. The kids can learn about the name, order, size, and shape of the major organs in a very interactive way. I like to play it as a patient going to the doctor and the doctor checking the patient's organs. My boys love it and it's a great bonding time!

Ok, this doll looks pretty odd when looking at the guy shape in a gown. However, the inside is super helpful for kids who want to be doctors in the future. My daughter loves taking the pieces in and out.

It’s perfect to teach kids about the body. My lil ones loves playing doctor with it
