Ordered this faucet for use during a bathroom remodel. The spout is long - which is great - and the gold color is exactly what I was hoping for. Customer service was quick to remediate a small issue. And the faucet is working great!

I purchased this for my master bathroom remodel. I was very impressed with the care and design of the packaging. The faucet is all brass and looks sturdy. We did use a professional plumber to install and he said this set was pretty straight forward for installation. Works perfectly and handles turn well. The water flow is great. Love the look of this faucet in our bathroom. The spout is long enough to extend to our soaking tub from the wall. Customer Service is helpful and outstanding. I contacted wowkk with the number on the front of the instruction manual, and Kelly answered my question right away. We are very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend both the faucet and the company.

Looks great. Plumber didnt have any issues and weve been using our tub often for 4 months without any issues. It has a heavy flow which is great for our huge tub. I ordered this AND the similar delta-the delta was heavier and slightly larger/longer- but not enough for twice+ the cost so I returned it and kept this one. Took a risk since i didnt see many reviews. Very happy :)

I had a hard time finding a long spout in that exact color and was very happy to find it here.The Tub Filler is made of good quality an seems very solid. Not to mention that it looks beautifully in our bathroom.I also reached out for some help and was called back the next day!Thank you again!

This faucet appeared very nice quality however my plumber said he wouldn’t guarantee his work on a product that he wasn’t familiar with. He suggested I send back and only order Delta brand. So sent this back.

Love the modern look of this product and they have great customer service. My contractor lost a part of the faucet and they sent out a replacement the same day I called! Would definitely purchase from them again.
