Great!
After looking for several months to find the right pannier, i found the set and it perfect for my needs!

Nice quality and great capacity. But oversized for my rack.
The storage this bag supports is great, but it definitely requires a different rear rack than mine. The side bags hang well below my smallish rack rails. This got worse when they were loaded.Even then, I think I prefer a smaller bag. This one is a lot to carry away from the bike, though the center piece is a surprisingly comfortable backpack. The side bags just hang off the rack with a couple of metal hooks. These are flat & wide, so the bags are not going to come unhooked. But there is a bit of a rattle when rolling over pretty small bumps. If you don't need the whole set for a given errand run, you can go with just 1 or 2 of the side bags. But the center backpack only secures by clipping to both of the side bags. The material & zippers are all very nice quality. No rain tests here, but I expect they'd keep all contents dry and there is an extra cover for the whole set. The brightly colored zipper hooks are a nice touch - very easy to spot which end has the zippers. The side of the backpack has an extra zippered pocket, that was a good fit for my gloves when parked at home or my phone while riding.

Backpack is useless.
The panniers themselves are great! The product’s listed price however is too expensive for what this product is. The pictures and product video were both misleading intimating that the backpack would be larger. I also expected the panniers to be more firm. This is a classic small manufacturer Amazon purchase. Gets the job done but leaves something to be desired. Would’ve considered returning but used American Express membership points for purchase. I would recommend this product if your commute is short. My commute is 3 miles in one direction, which I think is considered a short commute.

absolutely love them
These have become my favorite bags easily. Love these. Almost all good to great aspects and only a few minor issues (very minor)prosEasy to attach: go on to the bike rack via hooks with no fuss, secure further with velcro straps that are long enough to be secure (not always the case with every bag I've found), backpack fits on top secured by multiple buckles so it has no movement. Every now and then (very rarely, fewer than five times in several months of use) I'll hit a particular bad bump and one sidebar hook will come off. It's happened so rarely, and to no effect (still secured by the other hook and the strap) that I haven't bothered to see if a simple tightening of the hook opening will "fix" it.Spacious: I commute to work, shower there, and I teach, so I carry a lot: a full set of clothes (socks, underwear, pants, shirt, heavier shirt for warmth in the bldg),a 16-inch MacBook Pro, an iPad Pro, my phone, a bag of whiteboard markers, a bag of tech stuff (hub, flash drive, screen rag, etc), often a folder with some papers, and a plastic bag with rain gear (rain pants, rain jacket), a toiletry bag and deodorant. And sometimes, with the discrepancy between morning and afternoon temps, I have to toss in the long-sleeved shirt and tights I word in the morning commute. All of if fits (with one caveat below) with room to spare. I love the space. Absolutely love it.Water-resistant: I haven't tried a downpour. But I've had a shower or two, biked on some wet gravel trails with puddles, and used my sink sprayer to test a bit as well. The bags resist water quite well and even spraying from the side at the zippers directly (thanks to positioning they're protected from rain from directly above) no water entered the bags. I can't say if that would be true for a truly sustained downpour, but I have little to no concern about the water protection. And it comes with a rain cover anyway, so with that, zero concernsThe modular system is great. When I'm running out and need hardly anything, I use one bag. When I commute to my one workday where I don't need to shower thanks to a shorter ride, I take two bags. When I do my longer commute, I take the two bags plus the backpack. It's a lot easier taking my stuff from the locker room to my classroom bldg. with a backpack than a big bag with a shoulder strap (my prior biking bag). The backpack is spacious and also water-resistant. Straps are basic and unpadded, but I don't wear it for long.Durability: been using it nigh on daily for months and certainly no issues or concerns at all. Time will tell but looking good. Feels like good build quality.ConsMy 16-inch MacBook Pro just barely fits in, and I have to be a bit careful with the zipper when closing. If the bags were a 1/2 wider (maybe even a 1/4), it would slip in and zipper with no concern at all. Something to think about for a future iteration.absolutely thrilled with these. I have had some bad bags, average ones, and good ones. My last one was excellent (I've kept it as a backup), but these are more convenient in several ways, so easily my go-to choice
