HoolcarFoot Pegs Door Hinge Foot Rest Kick Panel Made of Solid Steel for 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ, 1 Pair

Love the quality of the product! Looks and feels legit. But here’s my issue. We all search TJ, correct? I’m Jen why do they supply us with hardware that does not fit in the door hinges? The bolts are too big and I will have to go buy smaller bolts that fit. Also I will purchase some foam cushion for the product just in case they rub against the body.

Wow, what a game changer!!! CONS: Installation was a pain. Do yourself a favor and buy stainless steel washers. I did receive the nuts and bolts, but getting them tightened all the way down was impossible. I will buy washers, and that should do the job. Also, I wish there was a little padding on the back, because they do come in contact with the frame. I will add those myself. PROS: SUPER COMFORTABLE!!! I had tried a friends foot pegs, and they sucked so much, that I had given up on foot pegs, and just stuck my foot in the door jam. We saw a ton of foot pegs at Jeep Beach '22 in Daytona. They were awesome looking, but expensive ($80-$90 range). But seeing them renewed my interest. I have 2 screwed up shoulders, so either buy a Jeep with automatic transmission, or have no Jeep at all. Having an automatic allows me to use the foot pegs the entire time. Not only are they super comfortable because of the angle, but as a result of the side flap, I feel SO much more secure. I always felt a little uneasy taking sharp right turns with my doors off. Not anymore!!! I wish I had seen these years ago!!! If you prefer functionality over aesthetics, I would recommend these!!!

These are perfect. They are angled in so they face the person. My boots and shoes fit perfectly. I don’t have the pegs that jet perpendicular to the body, but I can’t see how they are more comfortable than these.The only thing I can really think is a con is mine, like others, did not come with the bolts that say are included. I had some laying around, so no big deal, but the description says they are included.

This product is ok. A little small for a man's foot but they give you something to rest on. The biggest complaint is the package came without the screw nuts so I had to go buy two 3 inch bolts and nuts to attach it to the jeep. The product description clearly says "Two screw nuts are made of stainless steel and iron." so this indicated to me that they would be included. Maybe it is just poor quality control in packing?

They look well made and I am excited to get them on my TJ. that said, the listing stated it came with the hardware and there was none included.

Didn’t come with bolts and nuts. I had to buy them separately from a local hardware store.
