Fantastic foaming action best coil cleaner I have used
This coil cleaner is the best in my humble opinion. I allied via garden sprayer mixed as directed. Covered the condenser coil with a coat and then reapplied a second coat. Then the foaming agent kicked in and brought our a ton of debris. Simply flushed the coil and repeated process on the evaporator coil. Fantastic job!! Thanks guys

It cleaned the coils
As a homeowner, I want to keep my HVAC systems at peak performance. I've seen that condenser coil cleaning is one of the best things a homeowner can do for their HVAC. Mine were not terribly clogged, but the Nu-Coil pulled a lot of dirt out as I rinsed. I simply mixed per instructions, used a pump sprayer to apply. and rinsed with a garden hose. Foaming was so-so, but it cleaned as hoped. Watch some videos before you clean. Saved a bunch of money over having an HVAC tech come out.

Works well, foams like crazy with coil sprayer
My AC unit is years over due for a cleaning. I used this stuff with a coil sprayer from Coil Guys that hooks onto a hose. Others said it didn’t foam, but oh man did it ever. Maybe you just need the sprayer. Anyways, it did a nice job. A couple cautions. One I got some of the concentrate on my forearm and didn’t wash it off because it is “non-acid”. Half an hour later I felt a searing burning and looked and I my flesh was changing color. I got a minor chemical burn. Turns out this is Caustic Lye, i.e. sodium hydroxide. It's very dangerous stuff. This wasn't clear from the bottle. Wear large glove and especially eye protection. If you get this in your eyes, it could cause permanent damage. Second, there was so much foam in and around the unit that it took about 40 mins to thoroughly dilute it all and wash it away. I didn’t want the dog getting into it. Total mess. So be ready for that.

Doesn't Foam But Labeled 'High Foaming'
First of all, has anyone else noticed the English instructions indicate mixing 1 part solution to 2 parts water while the Spanish instructions indicate mixing 1 part solution to 1 part water? I tried both and the results were the same, no foam. After reading other's reviews, I made the assumption that it was because their water was too hard, but that was incorrect. Softened water didn't help it foam. I do think it cleaned my coils better than just water alone, but I don't think it was the high foaming lifting action I expected. I applied the cleanser to both the inside and outside of the coils of two units using a Chapin pump pressurized sprayer. I let it sit for about 5 minutes or so, then rinsed well. It has the odor of a diluted oven cleaner spray.

Great radiator/AC condenser coil cleaner
I used it to clean the AC condenser coils on both my 2015 Kenworth W900 truck and my 2010 Ford Edge. Just rinsed them out with a garden hose. Surprising how much gunk came out. Made a big difference on the truck as my radiator fan was engaging at every stop and in the plant yard in plus 80 degree weather, and after cleaning the coil, the fan doesn't kick in because of the refrigerant getting to hot and kicking in the high limit sensor. It seemed to soften up the bugs in the condenser coil on the Edge and they mostly washed off the coil.
