He thought 18" was the zise he wanted. It wasn't. He's disabled so going to a shipping facility is out of the question. He has nobody around to take him, he doesnt drive. So hes stuck with a 99.00 necklace he cant wear. But he liked the quality of it. He said he's going to gift it.

I’d never bought jewelry online before buying this, so I was REALLY hesitant and skeptical. But I wasn’t disappointed - this chain is BEAUTIFUL! I swear, it is so sparkly and pretty. I bought it and a crucifix pendant for my husband for his 50th birthday, and he loved it. I did buy a prettier, more sturdy box than what it came in to present it as a gift, but it was otherwise perfect. I was nervous about something of this value coming through the mail, but it arrived safely, lol. I’m glad I overcame my fears of buying something like this on line, because I really couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Looked great and my son loved it until it broke. Took it to a jeweler to have it fixed and was told it is a fake. Therefore it cannot be fixed. Paid $100 for a fake chain I could’ve purchased for $10 at Walmart
