Feels like plastic…
Refund was processed immediately so no complaints with the seller… issue was quality. I’ve gotten other PU leather products that were quite nice. This bag felt more like cheap, plastic and had a weird smell. Not for me.

Material isn't premium but it'll last
This was a small gift for my mom and this is what she had to say about the bag in hopes buyer's can make an informed decision lol:The bag isn't necessarily a premium or nice material but it does look good enough and it feels good and it seems to last through semi rough conditions without peeling. She really liked the shoulder strap that it came with, it was very wide and allowed her to carry the bag with load comfortably. In addition to these comments she mentioned that she liked the set together and for the price it is very good.My mom was happy with the purchase I made so I would recommend it.

Wife absolutely loves it.
Purchased for my wife to use for traveling. She has since started using it every day. It’s lightweight enough to not be trouble packing for everyday use. But it’s convenient and large enough to accommodate a couple days worth of clothing and toiletries. I’m extremely happy with this versatile bag.

Very chic and lots of room inside
I bought this bag as a quick on the go mom purse.I can throw in couple diapers/wipes, a change of clothes, bottle water and my wallet and there is still room. Great leather very soft material should strap is also included which is nice. I don't have to carry around a heavy large diaper bag just for a quick errand. I really like my new bag!!
