These lights worked great! We live in an area that gets pretty high winds and these lights stayed out of our gutters! They are beautifully bright, too.

The lights were great. When plugged in before hanging them up, they all worked and lasted for over 200 hours and still going strong when taken down.

Half these lights didn't work and the icicles were attached wrong. They were just thrown in a box, someone else must have sent them back!!

These lights can be used for a variety of occasions and both in or outdoor. I chose to use it as outdoor decorations during the Christmas holiday season. I have owned these lights for a few holiday seasons over the years. Each year it has rained at some point during the Christmas season and all the lights are in working order. I like the feature of the remote because it makes it easier to change the different settings. The remote has worked for me when I am inside the house and the lights are outside. The remote needs to point or be within the vicinity of the small box connected to the lights outside and the small box is near the male output. This is something to pay attention to when setting up your light display. The option to have different settings empowers you to change the mood or vibe. I like the light settings so much that I was able to use the twinkling setting as a more romantic vibe and used these lights for an outdoor wedding.

These lasted for the four months. I had my lights up. I had no issues and they connected seamlessly. Happy. I will update this review if I run into issues.
