I tried the lemon white chocolate crunch Mosh bar and loved it. The lemon flavor was a nice change from my usual chocolate or peanut butter flavored bars. It was very refreshing. The white chocolate chips were soft so the bar had a really unique and pleasant texture. I also loved the size. Perfect for snacking. Less than 200 calories.

These bars are great. I’m glad they don’t shy away from using whey protein when so many bars opt for plant-based sources just because they’re trendy. Not sure I buy into the “brain superfood” aspect of these bars, but it probably doesn’t hurt. The ingredients and macronutrients mostly align with what I’d look for in a product like this, so that’s the main thing. Fun flavors and nice package design, but honestly the taste of these bars is just ok (you can definitely tell they’re protein bars).

Great protein to calorie ratio. Chocolate flavors were very good, fruit flavors tasted a little bit off. Enjoyed the bars but cost feels high compared to others on the market

I’m on my 3rd box and have to say I am seeing improvement in focus and retention. I used to forget where I parked unless I took the time to make a mental note of my surroundings. Now I walk out and remember right away. Also, going into a room and forgetting why? I just stop for a second and recall has been 100%. The taste is good as well. I consume 1 a day.

Over hyped protien bars, Taste is not delicious as claimed they taste okay, The only thing I can say about this bar is it gives you energy.

So far I have tried two of the six bars: the peanut butter chocolate crunch and the chocolate brownie crunch. The peanut butter one I overall thought tasted delicious, and I loved the fact that the ingredients were very health-oriented, including the amount of protein. The chocolate brownie one had a slightly weird flavor to me, I’m not sure if it was the lions mane or ashwagandha potentially, but it had a bitter edge to it that wasn’t as enjoyable. Overall I like the bars so far, I think the price is a bit steep for me to pay personally, but I do think you get what you pay for in terms of a healthy bar and high quality ingredients. I also loved the fact you give back with each purchase, that is definitely more of an incentive to me to support your brand, knowing I am helping a worthy cause all while getting the benefits of a product as well.
