It is very nice but I can’t find the right color

I ordered 2 other synthetic hair pieces before ordering this. This piece is made from real hair, so I understood the added cost comparatively. I read the reviews and actually contemplated the purchase for a couple weeks. However, after looking at the pictures and reading the reviews I decided it would be a worthwhile investment considering I have to wear my hair up most of the time. Unfortunately though, once I received my purchase, it cost as much as the 2 synthetic pieces I had already received and been using for weeks happily. I discovered this was no where near what I thought I was getting. The picture must be mostly the model's actual hair with the purchased hair piece being little more then a medium size clip adding a very small amount of volume. If you have any hair volume or length, this will do very little for you. The model picture is very misleading. I paid too much to not use this piece at all, but considering I'm a prime member who orders regularly, I sincerely hope they reach out to me and offer some sort of compensation. I hope this helps both the customers and the retailers

The bun is shiny and soft but the hair used is somewhat tangled and difficult to tame. The bun is also not as full as shown in the photos. The colors perfectly matches my hair so it'll be used on occasion if I can solve it looking more tangled than messy.

There has to be a better way of determining the right color than vague color descriptions & tiny pics. I have several hair pieces and have always been a firm medium brown. With that in mind, I ordered med brown mixed & expected med brown with some light & dark strands, instead it’s more of a super shiny brown-red. It’s also very large & heavy, I’m not sure it would attach firmly & stay, even if the color was good. The only positive was the fast delivery.

Absolutely love this messy bun. I bought the brown with blonde highlights. Matched perfectly. Easy to attach and comfortable. I've been using it for 6 weeks now with no problems whatsoever. I have thin hair so I didn't have much of a bun of my own. I'm going to order another just to have on hand. It says the life span is about 6 months as you cannot wash them. Reasonably priced.Update: I did order another bun so that I would have another. The first one I ordered I had to return because it had a reddish kinda hue to it. They promptly sent me a replacement. The color wasn't too bad but it was Shiney. A fake looking kind of super shine to it. I must have really lucked out on that first one being such a perfect match. I'm not going to try for another a third one. I think I'll just try a different company 🤔
