These bowls are a thick metal, and actually have some weight to them. No sharp corners either! Everything is made well. A rubber mat for underneath is a good addition to this product, as it doesn't have any grips under. The bowls are large, I provided measurements in the photos. For the price and quality, I would strongly recommend.

I got these for my small dogs to keep water and food readily available. They're sturdy and hold several days worth of food and water. Great for small dogs (yorkie size) as they aren't easy to move around. I don't know if they would be good for larger dogs though. They're good heavy metal but could be easily slid around by a large dog.

I purchased these outdoor water bowls to have on my patio to have fresh water available for the wildlife that comes to visit my backyard. I’ve also got a cement birdbath, but that’s very shallow and doesn’t hold much water. Plus, the only ones who can reach it are the birds and the deer. These bowls are being used by the raccoons, opossums, foxes, and feral cats in the area, to name a few. I like that the bowls are heavy enough that they will not blow away even if they get empty. I’ve also had them out there, filled with water for a couple of months now, and through a snow storm, and rain, and there are no signs of rust. Every evening when I go out to rinse them and refill them, they look as good as new.
