I like that there is no taste. i have only just begun taking it so I cannot vouch for it's effectivness. I received it quickly.

The powder looks clumpy inside but just stir it up. Make sure you use a frothing instrument to mix it. Tastes nice, creamy.

I've been on low-carb diet for the past year and start my days with a Keto collagen/MCT drink, which is flavored. The MCT really gives me an energy boost in the morning and reduces my hunger. This is MCT only (no collagen), but double the size for the same price so I wanted to try it. (1 serving scoop being 10g vs. 20g). The product comes with a spoon, but it wasn't visible until I finished 1/4 container.Even though it's "unflavored", there is a flavor to it that is hard to describe, and will change the flavor of what your drink slightly. I don't drink coffee, so I mix this with my regular flavored collagen/MCT powder (either chocolate or peanut butter flavors), which I can use less of. This powder doesn't mix well and does leave a few clumps. Flavor-wise, my drinks taste better without this powder. I continue to combine my flavored powder and this one since it only changes the taste slightly. I also like the clean ingredients and no added sugars or sweeteners.Overall, good value and way to get MCT oil if you are looking to try it.
