I just used this in a cookie recipe. The flavor is fantastic. The recipe said to throw in a mixer to pulverize but these were harder pieces and didn’t break up in a mixer. Instead I stuck them in a baggy and rolled over it with a rolling pin. This was by far the best value I could find, and they are bursting with flavor. I made Neapolitan cookies with them. Highly recommend for baking.

This is an excellent product. After trying other freeze dried strawberries, these were our best choice. The rich strawberry smell emits from the bag the moment you open it. I hardly needed to use a quarter of the bag for a huge batch of home-made granola.

This was used for strawberry 🍓 nougat and it taste so much like fresh strawberry and imparts such a great, fresh strawberry (not artificial) flavor, yumm!

Tiny, tiny pieces. Taste very good and are very sweet. So sweet that it is hard to believe there is no sugar added. Most freeze dried strawberries have a tartness to them. Not these.They clump. Even though they have a dehumidifying pack in with them, once opened, they clumped for me and likely will for you, too. Not less edible, but difficult to dig out of the shockingly small container.Am I sorry I made the purchase? No. Will I purchase again? Maybe...if the store I usually buy my freeze dried strawberries from is out again.

Disappointed in appearance. Several gray pieces that look like small rocks. The product does not look like the photo. Generally unappealing in appearance. Pieces in a bag inside container. In one place it says eligible for return and in another it says ineligible. Will not use them.

Delicious and a good size. Bought to make cookies with and have also added to yogurt and made strawberry ice cream with it!!

Maybe I just don't eat enough freeze-dried foods to understand but, every other bite had this odd.... faux spicey taste. It's very off-putting. I Will not buy again.
