Decent but runs small. Would size up if buying again. Shoes were meh. They are shoe covers,..kind of like wearing socks over your shoes. Walking around the bar was not ideal, but can be washed. Actually surprised they held up the night. And you need to stuff them with paper towel.

Size LG fits great!!! All should buy it and have a bunch of buddies running loose

Costume was good quality for price and I enjoyed wearing it. Mine only had one shoe so that is why it is only 4 stars.

This Elf costume fit as expected. For the cost, I was not expecting an ideal fit. However, it was better constructed, and betting fitting than I thought it would be. All the parts in the photo come with the costume. I wish the boot covers could have been more realistic, but that is a minor criticism for a costume that got some great laughs, and compliments at a recent party. I plan on wearing the costume at some holiday gatherings over the next month.

If I didn’t need costume in short notice, (shipping was great),I would have sent it back. It smelled like cheap cologne and had a stain on the pants. Learned my lesson not to wait until last minute to buy a costume. The costume itself will be fine.

I bought this to wear during a holiday 5k -- with that in mind, know I tested the durability and comfort of it well.Generally speaking, if you want to look like Buddy, this is great. The jacket is well made, albeit from batting, but zips easily and has a good quality of detail to it in the stitching and print. The leggings fit well.The "boots" are kind of just plastic bags without grips on the bottom, but you're better off with your own black shoes anyway.And the hat... the hat is comical in a kind of disappointing way if you have a normal-sized head, as it is both droopy/limp and small in circumference.

This outfit is pretty close to the real thing. The fabrics are pretty thin like a costume would be, not a thicker wool top like in the movie. But I don't reckon you get the real deal with many costumes. Fits true to size - hubby is a L and it fits perfectly. Pants are a little sheer, but comfy and stretchy. The hat is a little bit small, especially to pair with a curly hair wig. So we might have to glue that. Wish the boot coverings could go over boots so we could wear it out. Maybe I'll cut out the bottoms. All in all a great find!

Ordered this for my husband, (6'2, 210lbs). He is normally an Adult Large, and I checked the size chart to make sure it lined up with his measurements and ordered the Large.I love that it comes with the full costume (hubby already has poofy, curly hair like the original Buddy, so no need for a wig!). It was really easy to put on, and fit like a charm! The fabric is comfortable and provides excellent ease of movement. The coat fabric is a little too warm for the end of summer, but will be great in the fall. It is thin fleece, so maybe will need a shirt underneath if it's windy.There were a few minor issues though. It was a little difficult to put on the black "shoes" because the elastic was a little tight, but they fit fine after that. I'm going to have to cut the seam on the bottom and add some elastic to turn them into shoe covers instead so he can wear them with shoes on and be able to go outside. Oh, and they flop over at the tips some, (so maybe a little stuffing is in order?)The sleeves are noticeably about an inch or two too short. And the hat is made of stretchy fabric instead of stiff felt, so when he puts it on his head, it stretches to fit, but then it's tiny where it isn't stretched...and, well, it just looks weird... and then flops over.These are actually minor issues for me since I know how to fix most of them, but others may not, so I just had to mention them. In all, a super great buy, and definitely worth the $45 it is currently going for.
