I find it incredibly efficient to use while reading a book or catching up on my favorite TV shows. The brightness of the light is just right—it's apparent that a lot of thought went into making this product.

So I’ve been experiencing some knee joint pain from leg day at the gym and my mom was experiencing knee pain as well so I thought to give red light therapy (RLT) a try. I’ve definitely noticed better mobility around the knees for myself but my mom has noticed but isn’t fully convinced it’s working. I’ve read enough articles online about RLT so I definitely know what it can do for you. When putting it one, I do like that there whole thing is that velcro material so once I wrap it around I can just stick it to anywhere on the sleeve to get a tight fit. Be aware that this doesn’t come with a portable battery back and needs to stay connected to the wall but I think that makes sense for what this is trying to do which is help heal you. So it prevents you from doing anything strenuous with it on and makes you go into a relaxed state while wearing it. In the pictures, I’ve tried the knee and elbow but for the shoulder, I’m not sure if I’m missing an attachment that’s supposed to help wrap it around my chest but I don’t have any shoulder pain at the moment. Overall, I believe this product does work, just need to give it time.
