Good for someone starting use grip
Don’t need to swing a lot, can use with properly. Good for first grip in the life.

Good for beginner use of grips
My daughter got it to began practicing with for competitive gymnastics.They seem to be real snug on her fingers, even with the followed directions....therefore she doesn’t like to wear them as much-but also isn’t used to them- she is level 3/4. We are still breaking them in, in hopes it will loosen up a tad.The sizing is very accurate on these grips.We do love the easy on and off, the Velcro is strong! They are great grips for beginners for sure!!I’m happy we purchased the more affordable ones to begin to practice with.Over all these are great, just wouldn’t consider them for a higher level gymnast- level 5 and up.... 😀

Work Perfect!
My daughter uses these for team Gold gymnastics. They work perfect. Really help her hands survive the bars. Great quality. Seem like they will last a long time. And they came with great instructions for the finger holes for first time users. I would recommend.

Item may run a bit small.
These grips do not fit my daughter's hand. Her friend is thin girl and is able to use these grips. My daughter is more muscular, and has is regular size over all and shorter. This is the second pair my daughter tried (size 1 and size 2), but they still don't fit. So you very all I wonder if these run small.

Perfect Gymnastics Addition
Bought these for my daughter. First two that came we’re too small. If you use the chart to measure, I recommend rounding up to a bigger size. Once the correct size arrived and were softened, they’ve been a wonderful addition to gymnastics gear.

Good product. Finger holes too small
I loved the product. Make sure you get a way bigger size than you think or have something to cute the finger holes with. They are extremely small but other than that awesome.

Works well!
Worked well for 10year old in mid level gymnastics. Hard to fit fingers at first and wish we got one with the bag but good quality and working well for her.
