Part trash
Don’t buy this bike I had to buy new parts because the parts were trash. It’s to complicated to put together. It took 2 weeks to build. Amazon needs to take this off the market.

My Freedom Is Back
First things first: I have a father who used to work in a bike shop and still uses bikes as a primary mode of transportation year round. So putting this trike together was easy with him. He knew the parts well enough to put it together and figure things out when I couldn’t. Is this an easy process? No. If I had put this together on my own it would have taken me a few hours a day for a week because I would have been learning as I went. I do think if you know nothing about trikes, you need to have someone there to help you at the least. They include a lot of tools to help you as you go, and very detailed instructions with pictures for those of us who are new to this. It would have taken time and brain power to figure it all out and make it happen. That said; I don’t think that is a bad thing. You have a lot of parts keeping your trike together and a lot of stability that is keeping it from collapsing. I am convinced (as well as my father) that this trike is of high quality and stable. This trike is actually better quality than at least half the bikes and even trikes in the apartment complex I live in, and the back basket having a lid to it means you can lock that if you need and keep things safe if you need to go to multiple shops in the day. There are a lot of bikes and even trikes in the complex I live in. This is a safe trike and a smooth ride.I am a person who suffers from low mobility because of chronic issues I’ve had all my life, and I have been struggling with getting out day to day within the past few months; and yet, a safe and trustworthy trike has led to me being able to leave my house DAILY for exercise and comfortable while I do it. It’s a workout, and it IS heavier than a bike so if you suffer from weakness in your thighs this might be bad for you, but if you can work your thighs and pedal, this might be the best idea you can think of.I bought this while at the lowest point of my mobility in my whole life. I can go out daily now, and I can do it both comfortably and safely. You do need a longer lock though :/ it only comes with a 4 foot lock and my experiences have taught me that an 8 foot lock is the standard for locking up just about anywhere. You should get a longer lock. Or the company should send out a longer lock. lol. Also, this basket is very useful in the times where stores are either putting alarms on their baskets, or getting rid of them because of people stealing them. It’s useful to have a basket.

Nice
This trike is extremely hard to put together. I had to have a bike sales company do it, and it cost me $150, and it even took them a while. So between the cost of that and the trike it was over $450. But it is a nice trike. I'm 76 yrs old and the dumpster is very far away so I use it to take my trash out, as my spine is on it's last leg ugh. I wish I'd have gotten the 20 inch tho.

Tough to assemble, multiple tiny pieces that can easily be lost.
Tough to assemble, multiple tiny pieces, I had it for almost a week and today was the first day I actually got to ride it around. It comes with all the tool you need except for needle nose pliers which is only used for the semi metal brackets to piece the baskets together. It comes with other extras: lock, pump, & water bottle holder. Honestly, the only useful extra item is the water bottle holder as I use it to hold my phone. The lock can easily be broken into. So I'd suggest you look into getting a different one.The pump was crap, it fell apart halfway through airing up the first wheel. You'd get a better quality of an air pump if you'd buy one at Dollar Tree.As for the tools, my wrench was damaged. The cheese wrench was fun to use (No, that's not the actual name for it.) The lug wrench was quite helpful.Trike in its entirety: pedals are tough to use at first but that's because you have to 'break it in'. Y'know, use it some? After about 3 days of breaking the pedals in, you're good to go. I did have a damaged part of the trike but it was a simple replacement. One of the back tires had a bad inner tube that I'm assuming was damaged in transition, I got more inner tubes and replaced the one, and have back ups in case I had to replace another.Follow the instructions to a T. I skipped over a step because I thought it'd be slightly easier. Hah, dumb me. Imagine how tough putting the back tire fenders and seat are after putting the back basket on.Lastly, in the video, I wanted to point out that it was easier to put the chain on after putting the bracket in, pulling it over.Honestly, the trike is a great deal of a purchase, but it's an even greater hassle putting it together. If you don't know how to put a trike together, putting it together can cause some major frustrations, maybe make one wanna throw in a burn pile and light that 💩😂 but once you got it together you'll be glad you didn't.

Poor Instructions
Missing parts, instructions were horrible to follow. Don't waste your time trying to put it together. Still don't have it together and the return window is closed or I would have sent it back.

Assembly does not take 2 hours as claimed.
Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE the bike! But after a week of trying to assemble it, I finally had to take it to a bicycle shop to finish What I was unable to figure out or do. The pictorial directions are so close up that you don’t know what angle they are showing, plus they show a person‘s gloved hand in the way most of the time. And, as a woman, it was very hard to tighten things as tight as they needed to be. But I love the bicycle now that it is 100% assembled! The two stars is for the poor (in my opinion) instructions.

It arrived safe & sound, but it did have to be put together & my husband did that.
My husband did not have ease of assembly & he fixes his 18 wheeler tractor trailer. It is great value for the money, building quality was a problem, there were some missing parts but he made due, stability is sound & it looks great.my favorite color, purple. I already spoke of some missing parts & the stability.

Stay away from this trike
What a huge dissapointment , after struggling for over a week to put together the finished product is made so cheaply that it is too dangerous to use for an older person. Very unstable and hard to steer. I would not recommend this item. Spend more money and go to a bike shop and buy a good product.
