Effective roller
A firm roller that I use for my frozen shoulder to roll up and down the wall for exercise. It is effective for the back also to roll for lower back pain.

My friend suggested that I try for stiff muscle and he was right. Worked out all the stuff muscle in my side was in so much pin and all the pain is gone.

Works as intended
bought it for traveling, serves it's purpose and i would buy it again, as it is very well made and retains the shape, it does not sink down in the middle as other brands.

way too hard. i thought i would get an item that had a bit of give in the material. but this thing is hard as a rock! my back hurts from using it. but then for the price i should have realized this. no one sells quality hard foam for such a cheap price

dont buy!
this product is suppose to deep tissue massage. it was so hard it damaged my back. i was in severe pain for two weeks. I'm going to throw it away.
