Areas of use: the rotor rasp sanding disc can be used for wood, plastic, rubber, resin, polystyrene, paints, varnishes and soft materials. Application: the cutting geometry and the solid material properties creates a flowing chip removal. The processing of soft materials is faster than conventional tools for angle grinders. The installation on the angle grinder is carried out by clamping on the axle with the corresponding clamping plate and the threaded nut through rotation the kinematics necessary for cutting the material. Very fast work progress, cost savings due to the long service life, minimises the combustion of the material due to sophisticated chip removal. Flexible and fast work thanks to the optimal cutting geometry. The chip removal quantity depends on the pressure of the tool applied to the machining surface, and is limited by the size of the feed.
