Brews great coffee
Bought this coffee maker as a replacement. Very easy to use and clean. The design and size are exactly what we needed to fit under the cabinet. Keeps several pots of coffee hot at one time. We bought a cheaper model but within 30 days returned it due to several issues. This brand brews a great pot of coffee and is a good value for the money.

BUYER BEWARE! This is Junk and their support is sub sub par
This is a terrible unit. We had 3 of them and 2 I sent back because either it didn't brew correctly, water stop coming out and various other quirky things (hot water spout didn't work). Tech support by chat is all and every time they say they'll get back to you in 24-72 hours. If you're lucky enough and get an email and a name they'll stay with you but are powerless to resolve issues. If you try and submit a case online they want you to submit pics and videos in a non standard format. They may have other products that are good but this one is a definite BUYER BEWARE!. Our third unit just quit working after less than a month and it actually overfilled the coffee pot and made a huge mess on the floor and everywhere....after that it makes a grinding noise but won't make coffee. What a shocker :(

Pot handle broken :/
handle on one of he pots broke 2 weeks after getting pot. Could have been way worse than it was as it was full of coffee when it happened.

Great thought, just defective.
This was a great thought for our breakroom for 50, but the coffee maker would not stop. It kept filling the pot overflowing on the floor. Guessing it was defective. Had to send it back.

FALSE ADVERTISING
BEWARE this is a bad buy. This item does not hook up to American plumbing. It has all plastic parts & is cheaply made. They are also trying to tell me to keep it & will only refund only $20. Hoping this will be resolved with a full refund of $388.71 - stay tuned??? PICTURED: Hose attachment does not connect to anything?

Don’t buy this coffee machine
It shows water connection in the listing. This is not an automatic coffee machine with a water line connection in the back. Don’t fall for it. Don’t need to pay high price for it.
