Media dresser and desk looks great
The media dresser and desk looks good after setting up.There are only two things you should consider before buying.1. It takes 5-8 hours to put together, so it’s important that you have nag for diy projects, or you can just purchase someone else to put it together for you.2. Some letter indicators aren’t on the items, so you may need to look at the picture to be sure your putting screws in the right board. Conclusion - it’s very affordable if you need both a media dresser and desk. I’ve searched prices for both before buying, and I found this was the best bang for buck.

Garbage!!! Waste of money!!! Zero stars!!!
The biggest piece of krapp I ever bought. We tried for at least 6 hours to make the drawers work! I finally broke it apart and threw it out. Biggest waste of money and time I have ever experienced! I couldn't even return it because we traveled 4 hours to college and the kids broke down the boxes!!! I would never recommend this item to anyone! We were so frustrated that we went out and bought him a dresser and a desk! Waste of time, effort and money! Never again!!!!Addendum: Amazon was really helpful and returned my money. I love that Amazon has your back and they do not allow sellers to scam the buyers! Thank you Amazon! 👏💯👊

Perfect for the Pricetag
Normally I scoff at people when they say these things take a long time to put together, but this one did take me just over 2 hours. I am not a master carpenter, but I'm pretty handy and can read and follow directions well. It is time consuming. I did have a few cam screws missing and could not get the Ameriwood website to cooperate, but I contacted Amazon and they refunded me 15% of the purchase price to buy the missing pieces at Home Depot. Overall I am happy with the purchase. It isn't high end furniture by any means, but it is good enough for a guest room and definitely worth the thrifty pricetag.

Okay, but some drawbacks
Got this for my son's room, so he could set up gaming systems on the dresser but work at the desk when he needed/wanted to. It's okay for that, although the dimensions could be a bit bigger. The desk is just big enough to have a laptop on. It's the right height, but the surface isn't large. The dresser part is interesting. The shelf is too small for many of the older game systems (the ones he has are the older versions). The shelf is probably fine with a disc that slides in, but for systems where the top opens or it uses a cartridge, it might not be a good option. The drawers are the biggest drawback of the dresser. He doesn't have a lot of clothes, but they don't all fit. The drawers aren't deep enough by far, although they do make up for that in being wider than most. But still we are left with trying to figure out a solution for his clothes, which may require buying another chest.

a huge upgrade that’s easy to build
this desk is a lifesaver.i was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews—it takes a long time to build, missing pieces, broken pieces, drawers too shallow, etc. but i decided to go ahead anyway, and if any problems arose i would contact the seller. BUT! there weren’t any problems! i double-checked everything, counted every nail and screw, set aside a whole day to build. it came out wonderfully. in total it took probably... four/five hours to build with a lunch break halfway through? the drawers are pretty shallow, but i fit everything i needed into them (which is impressive), and i still have a little extra space to work with.my friend had recently moved in with me, and between the two of us we had too much stuff and not enough storage. my old desk was a tiny little thing with a tiny drawer for just a few papers and notebooks, maybe a pencil case if i really tried. but this gives us soooo much more storage to work with and it gives us a lot more space in the room.

Pretty decent!
The media could not be loaded. Obviously not super sturdy like real wood but, decent. I’m happy with the purchase. My son really likes it. Took a while to assemble, but not hard. I laid out all the parts in order and it was very easy to follow, also I used a drill not the screw driver like it suggests.

Unique, useful piece of furniture
They really don't sell another product like this - desk/dresser/tv stand/bookshelf all in one. My 1st grade son is remote learning and has a small bedroom, so this was the perfect fit. It takes over 2 hours to put together, but the instructions are really clear and easy to follow. Ours was sent without one of the desk support panels, but I called customer service and they were polite and sent it right out no hassle. We were able to support the desk with some of the cardboard packaging (see photo) until the piece arrived. The drawers for the dresser are really sturdy and the whole piece of furniture feels very strong and heavy. My son could not be happier and this will make staying organized so much easier. We didn't need to use the tv stand part, as his tv is mounted to the wall, but it will be used to hold a lamp and other knick knacks.

Came broken but I fixed it
It's really hard to judge this one.It does take time to build and patience. I wanted to give it 5 stars but reason I'm not is this reasonIt came with 2 pieces broken but luckily my boyfriend knows how to fix wood. Beside that it does it purpose. If you have a broken piece I recommend getting wood glue.

Poor Quality
Came broken right in the box. VERY poor quality. Drawers overlap each other if you use the premade holes so you might spend an extra hour and frustration making new holes to make it work. Asked for a refund but they expect you to tear it down to fit it back in a 3 x 4ft box. I would rather use a sledge hammer then waste another hour on this mediocre product. Amazon were kind enough to refund me with the full amount gift card.
