Safavieh Braided Collection BRD311A Handmade Country Cottage Reversible Area Rug, 9' x 12' Oval, Black / Grey

I have 3 of these rugs and I can't believe how nice they look for the price I paid. The color is black, grey, and camel (definitely not yellow as others have pointed out). I bought them to replace some light colored rugs because of a new puppy in the house. These hide dirt and have held up beautifully to the abuse of the puppy. They clean well and frayed (chewed!) edges can be easily cut without looking tattered. The vacuum doesn't pull up threads either. These look right at home alongside expensive PB black furniture. They can add rustic charm but also look great in my old Colonial. The tag is really not an issue - it's just like pulling out an old seam. Use your hand to pull the tag up at the right-hand corner and use scissors to pull the threads up and away from the rug. You don't even need to cut the thread. You just need to get it out from the weave. I highly recommend these rugs for families with young children and pets. They stand up to real life and manage to look good while still being inexpensive! What else can you ask for?

I was looking everywhere for a large braided rug with different shades of blue to fit under my table and chairs, one that had a vintage farm house look and feel to it......and wasn't crazy expensive. I finally found it on Amazon, and I LOVE it !!!! Plus as far as I can tell it's very well made.

Very pretty rug. Hard to find anything this big for a little over 200$... you can find many 4 times that. Not sure of durability as I’ve only had it a couple weeks. Colors seem a bit black, dark blue, and tan...would match in quite a bunch of different living spaces . Very happy with it!

i love this rug. i have several different sizes of this rug. i've washed the small ones many times and semi dried them and they still look brand new. excellent quality and machine washable!!!

I bought this in September for a Christmas gift. My daughter wanted a black rug. I never took it out of the plastic and when she did on Christmas morning it was obviously not black but blue. I don’t think she wanted to hurt my feelings so said she would use it. Now 4 weeks in and it’s coming apart. I have always loved the durability of braided rugs but this one is a huge disappointment and the fact I gave it someone as a gift makes it that much worse.

Color is beautiful, but rug is thin and won’t lay flat in several places.. if you can afford something of better quality, I’d recommend doing so. We hoped it would get better over time but has gotten worse. Rug is an eyesore and a tripping hazard.

Love this braided rug. Looks great in my home fitting just right in the room I chose it for. Colors are true to shown.Looks great with my grey furniture.Very durable.I highly recommend

Dear Amazon,I regular customer of Amazon and your products. This is one of the worst products I have ever bought. I have owned many braided rugs but this is the worst one I have ever owned. There are knots where the rug was tied together evident all over the top of the rug. It stretches and leaves bunches all over the rug when you move a chair over it. It is a flawed product and I would give it in less than one star.

It is exactly what l was searching for, the perfect size for my living room and the price was reasonable. Also Amazon has been faithful in respecting their delivery date. So far l have always been very satisfied with them.
