2020 Amy Knapp's Big Grid Family Organizer Wall Calendar: August 2019-December 2020 Calendar – Wall Calendar, May 1, 2019

This is my third year having this calendar and it’s a lifesaver! Plenty of room to write, nice and big and every holiday imaginable already written in. I use white out tape to cover the holidays we don’t celebrate and a highlighter to accent the ones we do.Each member of the family has a color ink to quickly locate who is doing what and when. I swear, I live or die by this calendar. This thing keeps me sane.My only complaint is there needs to be more stickers for birthdays! There are a lot considering, but we always have more to put on the calendar than stickers available. Maybe have an extra sheet that can be ordered separately?Update: On year four now. I have scoured the Internet for a calendar that is this size and there just isn’t one. Everything is much smaller or massive.The ONLY calendar that is comparable is the At-A-Glance brand - which is boring and twice the price.Found a work around for the ‘not enough’ stickers - I bought mini-stampers and colored ink pads - now I’ll never run out. Just be sure to let them dry completely before you turn the page. And they don’t bleed through.As for those who complain about the pen ink running through to the next page? Try chisel point highlighters or gel ink pens. If you are like me and press too hard - put a pad of paper under where you are writing and it helps soften your hand a bit and won’t bleed or tear through. Don’t know why this works but I smack myself in the forehead if I forget.

I have one child, and he is going to Kindergarten in August. I have always been a pretty disorganized mom, but knowing how much will be going on once he goes to school has me ready to get it together. Initially I didn’t think I needed something this large for our little family. I felt like it was more useful to families with several children, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. This is my first tome ordering this calendar....or any calendar for that matter...and I am already spoiled to it. As soon as it came in, I spent over an hour putting my son’s entire school year on this easy to read calendar. I added birthdays (marked with those awesome stickers) and the days bills are due and dentist appointments and days with no school and 1/2 days of school....it is amazing. There is PLENTY of space for our family events. There is an awesome space at the bottom to plan meals for each night, which is something my husband has wanted me to start doing for years.This calendar has me looking forward to being BUSIER so that I can add more things to our calendar. I ordered the Amy Knapp personal size family organizer as well, and I’m officially hooked on her products. I will definitely be ordering new ones every 17 months for the foreseeable future.

A must have for a busy family! We get this calendar every year. I like that it starts in August, same as the school year. It helps me get all of the known school holiday/vacation days on the calendar right away. It’s not fun to shop for the perfect calendar at Christmas time! There is plenty of room for kids’ activities as well as our own. The paper pages are very easy to write on, and erase if needed. I use pen or pencil, but it’s impossible writing sideways in pen for long. The stickers are useful for drawing attention to events. Included on each month’s page is a small box with helpful seasonal reminders (clean gutters, talk to kids about Halloween costumes (Aug), etc.). Two boxes are on each month for writing in current projects and reminders. There is also a page for emergency phone numbers and contacts. Great calendar!

Just add it to your cart and move along.I have used the Amy Knapp Family Organizer for 5 years. Hands down it is THE BEST family calendar I have used - I have tried many styles of family calendars. Lots of space to write plans for our 4 family members. Organizing stickers and perforated lists in the back of the calendar are also very helpful. The pre-printed “Monthly Projects” are good reminders as well. Whenever I get a new Amy Knapp calendar, one of the first reminders that I write down is in the “Don’t Forget” section of April and May of the following year - “order new Amy Knapp calendar”.

I buy one of these every year. I always say I'll find a new one because I don't need August-December and we never use the stickers, the meal plan box, or the to-do lists in the back, but it always turns out to be the most affordable large wall calendar (nice big boxes!) to keep my 4 kids and their activities sorted out. I'm sure I could capitalize on it better and make it more useful, but for now, it allows us all the space we need to get everyone's activities, my husband's travel schedule, and everything else visible for the whole family.Husband and I also keep a shared google calendar, but this keeps me from constantly looking at my phone to know what's going on at a glance, and I like that. Paper is good, screens can be too distracting!

I have been using this calendar for about 10 or 12 years (After trying many, many different calendars over the years). It’s getting more and more difficult to find, since many stores don’t carry paper calendars anymore.... So I was happy to find it on Amazon!Out of all the calendars I’ve tried over the years, this calendar works the best for me. I really like a large blocks (for each day) with extra space for writing… Without being confined to a specific line or space per child, like other family planning calendars. My other favorite things are the little tear-out to-do lists in the back -- I use these for a weekly grocery shopping. They are small, so they are a perfect size to fit anywhere. The stickers are cute for a little ones, though I don’t use them as much anymore since my son is now 14.Last, I really like that the calendar is just plain white. No drawings/illustrations or confusing colors… Plain and simple. Clean, lots of space, features that are great and it's large. Everything I need!
