Product Description From one of the world's most technologically advanced distilleries comes a unique, peated single malt Scotch whisky by William Grant & Sons. The new make spirit is first filled into Hudson Baby bourbon casks for six to nine months then moved into virgin American oak casks for an intense 'micro maturation' process. Scientifically distilled at 022 parts 'peat' and 019 parts 'sweet', it is then micro matured to create an balance of oaky sweetness and smoky notes.
