bought this kit for my friends birthday. he likes it a lot. It feels heavy and good quality. There are different tools for all kinds needs to shave, groom trimm and has conditioner oil. I will buy another one for myself for futhre. Iwill definitely recommend it to other who have very long mustache and it is just good!!

Haven’t tried yet, but the product looked fancy. This is a valentines gift for my husband, and he likes it!

Update 05/07/2018: I finally received my original order and it's clearly not the product advertised. The brush came in a little plastic bag and you could see it was already starting to lose some of its bristles. The comb looks okay compared to the real thing， but you can still see and feel the difference in quality. Also neither the brush or the comb have the Grow a Beard logo on them. I'm not sure what Amazon can do about these Chinese knockoffs， but something needs to change. I've been very satisfied with the genuine product and people need to be guaranteed the same thing.Little disclaimer: I had order this set previously along with some other beard care products and without paying close enough attention， I ordered it through a third party seller..from China I believe. At the time of this review， I have still not received the original order and have no way of contacting the seller or requesting a refund. So just as a little PSA to anyone interested in ordering this product， please be sure to order only from the manufacturer. Their amazing customer service is the reason I'm writing this review to begin with and I'm not going to let some third part seller affect the overall score.That being said， I've been very impressed with this beard brush and comb set.This would make for a perfect gift for someone and it makes for a great travel sized set. With a proper application of beard oil， the brush leaves my beard looking neat and feeling soft. In the past I never gave my beard the proper TLC it needed and it would always become an irritating， itchy mess that I would always just end up shaving completely off. Having now invested a little more time， effort and money into it， I can say that I'll definitely be rocking a beard from now.Shout out to Grow A Beard for making sure I received my order and that I was satisfied with it; you guys are awesome!.Fantastic product!.5/5 stars!.5 beards out of 5 beards!.Beard on my brothers!

I'm starting to grow my beard out and decided I'd like to have a nice looking beard and not a scraggly mess of hair on my face. This brush and comb set was one of the ways I'm going to make that a reality. The brush is a good size， not too large and small enough that if I wanted to I could slip it in my pocket. Some other users seemed to have an issue with the size saying it's too small， all I can say to them is， read the product description， it literally says the dimensions of everything included. Both the brush and comb appear to be made out of quality materials， especially considering I paid less than $11 for the set. Honestly at that price even if I did receive a subpar product I wouldnt even be mad， but so far it seems to be holding up pretty well. Most of my local beauty shops would try and charge upwards of $30 for what's included here so I'm happy.

I ordered this set for my husband who has a long and luscious beard!.Before he was using my own hair brush and big tooth comb. Constantly fighing to get the tangles out while ripping out his beard in the procress.So， I ordered this set for him to use ONLY for his beard， and he LOVES it!.He said the brush is a lot more gentle on his beard， he is no longer ripping it out while brushing. He also said it helps with keeping the frizz to a minimum and makes it even a bit softer!.They are easy to hold in his hand for quick and easy sweeps through his beard.They came in a very convenient carrying black bag to keep both the brush and comb in. Perfect to keeo both of them together so he doesn't lose one and easier to travel with.He said he would defiently order this as a gift for hir beared friends and family as well!

The brush works really well， especially when you have just an all-over itchy beard and need to soothe it. Pulls up the flakes in the beginning stages to help keep them from being trapped and adding to the irritation， and to help keep you from breaking out under the beard. The bristles are stiff and haven't shown signs of falling out of the brush. The comb is sturdy， and the fine side is just fine enough - my beard isn't long enough for the coarse side to matter yet， but the fine side runs right through and straightens everything out. The comb is also great for hair， as is the brush. With these two things I can pretty much take care of my beard and style my hair every morning， I don't need anything else.

The brush is well constructed and feels comfortable when I use it. The size and shape are well suited for ease of use.I really like the construction of the comb， which also feels good and works well. I did however manage to break it by sticking it in my back pocket and then later sitting down on it. Something one wouldn't have to worry about with a plastic comb ..but it was my fault. Luckily it was a clean break and super glue saved the day. It looks almost like new and has survived daily use for almost month now.I can't speak of the scissors， because they apparently weren't offered with the set in November 2018 ..I wish they had. I guess that's the only thing about the kit that sucks!

This set is really well made of nice bamboo and bristles. I found the brush to be the perfect stiffness， not too soft so that it cuts through wiry hairs to the skin， but not so hard that it scratches sensitive skin under the beard.Their customer service is pretty awesome also. I received an email from them even before the product arrived. When I unpacked it I found a very small chip on one tooth of the bamboo comb. I wrote to the customer service link in the email I received， got a reply the next day and a replacement in the mail two days later.I'm impressed enough by this set that I ordered another set to give as gift to a cousin's fiancee that has a great beard.
