Still amazing
Unfortunately I had to return this item it was too big for my sink…. That being said it was beautiful when I opened the box and that faucet was so shiny and clean. I will re order the correct size from this company asap !!! Great quality!!!

High quality faucet for commercial use with relatively easy installation
Had to replace our three-compartment sink faucet because it basically stopped worked. This replacement is really great quality. Good fit and finish, relatively easy installation (we needed two people) and great operation. I love the higher angle of the faucet and the easy, smooth water flow. I would spend a little extra and get this faucet vs. some of the other ones on Amazon that look like they're made with worse quality. For a faucet you'll use every day in a commercial setting, I'm glad I spent more on this model.

Good faucet with some weird caveats
i bought this faucet to replace a 60 year old farm style faucet in my kitchen that developed a pinhole leak in the casting. This new faucet is sturdy and the finish is excellent. It is packed professionally in a properly sized box with cutout foam so it won't be damaged in shipping. In general it emanates an aura of quality and I am fairly happy with it. That said there are a few things that I found rather odd about this faucet.First, the inlet threads into the faucet body are G2 threads. I had to look up what those are. They are a British Whitworth thread profile that is nearly impossible to find here in the USA- even at specialty plumbing stores. They also go by the name of BSPP or BSPF threads. They are basically a 55 degree sinusoidal thread profile rather than a 60 degree triangular profile like common US straight pipe threads. This means that you had better have your adapters already located before buying this faucet if you want to have any chance of actually getting it installed. I found some very nice brass G2 to 1/2 NPT adapters here which worked out well for my application.Second, The handles on this faucet are completely backwards for some reason. At first I thought it was just to making shipping more efficient by minimizing shipping volume. On every other faucet that I have ever used the faucet handles point outward away from the spout and pulling turns on the water and pushing back towards the back of the sink shuts the flow of water off. These handles point inwards towards the spout. If you simply change the handles so that they point outwards then the control action is reversed so the you must push away to turn the water on and pull forward to turn it off. The problem can be fixed by swapping the the hot and cold valve stem cartridges and setting the handles to point outwards which is the normal setup for any household faucet in the USA. The only issue is that you have to remember that the valves are swapped when you need to replace a valve in the future. After a great deal of monkeying about I eventually managed to install this faucet as if it were a true wall mount kitchen faucet rather than a commercial tub-mounted faucet which is what this faucet is actually intended to be. I realize that I am using it in an application for which it was not actually intended but I am happy with the results. The faucet works well, it looks good and it was literally the only option that I had to replace my existing faucet. It does drip for a few seconds after the water is turned off due to the small amount of water that gets trapped between the high end of the 8" spigot and the aerator but I imagine I will get used to that. Over all I would say that this is an attractive, high quality faucet that I would definitely recommend as long as you keep the comments that I previously mentioned in mind.I hope this helps!

Excellent replacement for my kitchen faucet
I love that this faucet is almost identical to the original faucet. The only thing I have an issue with, and wasn't aware when I bought it, is that you have to push the handles to turn it on.It is a commercial faucet and have been told that is how they work. It take some getting used to.

Great commercial faucet.
The installation was a little difficult we had to hire someone but because our previous faucet was an older model. It’s been in use for a few months and it’s still working great, no rusting, and it’s in daily use. It is really worth the money for a commercial faucet that we all know don’t run cheap.I wanted to update it’s been over a year and the faucet is still working great no leaks or anything yet. Haven’t had to change anything either.

Faucet direction
I was so unhappy and my spouse almost moved out when we discovered that the faucet handles operate the opposite direction from thenormal North American convention. But, just switch the two valve “cartridges” (just a big crescent wrench to remove) and now it works the correct way. That is cold is clockwise to turn on and hot is counter clockwise. Still not happy that it is a soft seat so my spouse tends to over torque when done. But for the price, no way was it going to be a ceramic seat.
