Size and comfort are great, but when in the incline position tell client not to move around and just lay still or the lock will disengage and client upper torso will fall back flat.

Stable, comfortable, fine. I wish the shelf could be lowered to fit more linens underneath. It's got about 1/2 the storage my previous table did. Don't think I'll use the arms, they get in the way of massage work and my facial steamer. Clients don't seem to care for the neck roll, so that won't be used. One client likes the arm cradle because she has shoulder issues. Arm rest is not in my way when massaging the client. Massage CDs are good and fit nicely with my catalog. Skid pads on bottom aren't the ones they brag about on their website, but the two nubs they put at the bottom of each leg are fine. If I can get 4-5 years out of this table I'll be satisfied with the investment.

box is very heavy and takes 2 to move, 30 minutes from delivery to done, assembly was easy and without any confusion with all tools provided, it looks so nice in person I just kept saying wow this is sooo nice! the cushioning is excellent and very comfortable including the face cradle. the only drawback I can find thus far is that my old face covers don't fit the new square shaped face rest but its well worth getting new ones. The pictures give the impression that there is leg room under the top part of the table but the legs/shelf cover the entire table minus a few inches on all sides. I've been a full time massage therapist for over 10 years and this is BY FAR the nicest table I've ever used. I definitely recommend it. I didn’t try out the armrests as I have no interest in using them.

Solid piece of furniture but a pain to put together. The instructions and the photos are not clear or accurate. When I finally assembled it -close to 3 hours later-(and I am carpentry illiterate!!) I put the headpiece on only to find out that it was broke. I called Amazon and a very nice young lady was able to get me connected with the manufacturer. I called them and they shipped out a new headpiece--not promptly as they stated but I did receive it within 10 business days --not 2 as promised!!I will let you know how the table serves our clients in time!

I use this table in a professional spa setting. My clients find the table very comfortable both because of the cushioning and the width. It is heavy, but very sturdy. The shelf below proved very useful. And it was easy to assemble. My one complaint is that I cannot find washable face cradle covers for the square face cradle. That being said, my clients find the face cradle itself very comfortable. I would buy this again.

Attractive, well designed, easy to assemble. Lots of extras, like the armrests and bolsters. Tilt up design comes in handy for some clients. Very comfortable padding, and nice upholstery. The only reason that I took away one star is that the headrest has limited adjustability for height and angle. Otherwise, I think it is the best table available for the price.

The table is beautiful, it is wide and well made. It is the perfect table for my practice.There are no problems with the face cradle. It adjusts upwards ergonomically to the level of the table and it is quite comfortable. When the bed arrived, I thought there was a faulty design with the face cradle as it rested bellow the level of the table. I decided to call the number that comes with the table and they were very helpful. They sent me pictures of the cradle when it is properly set up and in one minute I was able to get it to the level of the table. I appreciate the service, the quality and finish of this beautiful perfect table.

The bed looks awesome and I just assembled it, but I was under the impression I was getting it the one that is heated considering the price, and the video attached to its description shows all about the contained heating system. I wouldn't have spent this much on a stationary bed had it not come with that. They also didnt send the leg bolster it shows, the spa cd or disposable face cradle covers.
