Just received this item today. The cover is larger that I expected (4.5" W x 5" H) so it really strands out. It is metal and is very sturdy. The shiny, chrome finish looks very good. However, the part that slides into the hitch receiver is plastic and is 2 pieces. You attach these 2 pieces to the back of the cover using 4 included screws & lock washers. This seems sort of "cheesy" but it appears sturdy when assembled and my previous hitch cover was entirely plastic. It lasted a long time until another vehicle hit it. The only slight flaw is the included foam spacer (meant to ensure a snug fit) is a little thin, so the cover does not fit tight. I'll slice a thin section off the foam spacer from my old hitch cover and add it to make it snug. Overall, very happy with this hitch cover for the price.

Not very enthused with the fact that the item wasn't what was pictured. It came with chrome and black colors (which match my truck anyhow) instead of the pictured Red and Chrome. Also, the design varies a bit because the ram's head is on top and it says RAM below it, not Dodge. Just be warned that it is different!NOW, onto QUALITY...it is pretty much great when it comes to the build quality of the plate itself. It is thick metal, well-made, precision cut with smooth edges, and the paint quality is excellent. The mounting option is unique because it uses a multi-piece plastic square to fit multiple hitch sizes which was nice, but make sure you have a magnetized screwdriver because it is hard to get the screws down the tube without one. Someone commented on it not having a bolt to secure it to the hitch...that's because you should have your own hitch pin if you have a hitch...definitely not Bully's responsibility to provide one. Any auto parts store has a proper one for around $10. I splurged a bit more and bought a locking pin so no one gets the idea to steal my awesome new hitch cover.Aside form the misrepresentation in the description I am definitely happy with the outcome and product!!

Easy installation. Recommend using lock to secure. Nice addition to the trucks look.
