These are authentic Spanish chorizo.Cost is a bit high but so is the flavor.

Authentic - Perfect for lentejas!
We used Palacios Chorizo all the time while living in Europe and have not been able to find it in stores here in the US. Although it is packaged differently, this has exactly the same flavor as the version sold in Albert Heijn stores in Amsterdam as well as the kind we used in Spain. My Spanish husband was very happy! It is PERFECT for lentejas.
