This is a very sturdy free-standing faucet. I was surprised at how heavy it is. The installation is quite simple, but, because of the location of our water supply the hoses were too short. My plumber told me that we needed 36" hoses instead of the 30" ones that come with the product. I called the company and they were nice enough to off the longer hoses for free and with no shipping charges!We haven't finished the installation, so I can't yet say how everything works, but I am pleased with the appearance of the faucet and with how solidly constructed it seems to be.

Heavy and solid. Installing on a slab can be tricky as the hose lengths need to be precise. Ordering a new set of hoses for my specific setup now.

Beautiful faucet that looks great in my remodeled bathroom. Solidly constructed (doesn't have that cheap feel) and a great overall value.

I bought this faucet about 9 months ago and we are finally getting around to installing it and discovered the supply lines are too short for us to connect to our water supply. I messaged the company on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised to get a reply back right away telling me that someone would call me first thing in the morning. Sure enough at 7am (West Coast) I got a call from New York from a very pleasant woman who said she would see if she can get us 72" supply lines for free if I was willing to leave a review. I said of course!Since I have not installed the faucet yet I cannot review the product itself but to say it is very sturdy and beautiful. If you have plumbed your water source up to the floor then you will have no problem installing. If your water lines are under the floor somewhere you'll need longer supply lines because they are basically only long enough to go from the top of the faucet where they connect and run down through the post to the floor. Other than that, the install is pretty easy.I'm looking forward to using this faucet and hoping it works as nicely as it looks!

This Wowkk Freestanding Bathtub faucet is beautiful and accurately matches the description of the product. It came well packaged (even my husband was impressed) to protect it during shipping. I love it! It looks stunning in our bathroom, and I would buy it again if I needed another one. Several other reviews that I had read prior to purchasing this faucet were correct about two things (it would have been a 5-star except for these items): the professional plumbers even had trouble installing it because the water lines barely fit into the upright canister. My husband said you just can't install this if you are not a plumber. Second, the little shower head that comes with it does drip after you turn off the faucet, so you have to make sure not to hang it up right away or it will drip on the floor. Overall, love the product!

The faucet is absolutely beautiful for our remodeled bathroom. However, the water supply lines are slightly longer. We need 28.5” long rather than 30”. Their awesome customer service said they would send the custom lines for free.

Product came packaged very nice and is a sturdy unit. Install has been a breeze so far and the customer service provided to receive custom length hoses has been well above expected or seen with other products!

Seems to be high quality and easy to install. Needed longer water supply lines than what came with the faucet- no problem- just a call to the service info provided to get the right length lines for a minimal charge and free shipping.
