Motion Pro01-0093 Throttle Sleeve

OEM tube comes with a grip glued to it-this one was identical and fit was perfect

As the title suggests, it will not fit right out of the box. The cables were a pain in the ass to put in the guides. I ended up having to trim some of the plastic off and sanding it to get them to fit without rubbing against the housing. While it will work, it was not an easy process. Never the less, for like 10 bucks it did the job

This fit fine and works with my DRZ400, my main complaint is that this has a closed end which is not apparent from the picture. It can be cut off without too much trouble if you want. Also, it has a bit more space between the edge of the grip and throttle assembly when installed. The color looks terrible but it gets the job done.

I like that it fits the DRZ400SM, however I assume it fits other bikes as well. That being said you obviously get some extra plastic to show off which I’m not crazy about. Will eventually buy a better throttle tube that’s aluminum with ball bearing and is made specifically for my bike. Should’ve saved my money. Yes it’s working and was installed correctly. If you look at the G2s and the Zetas they do not have the extra plastic shown in the attached picture. Also you don’t not have to cut anything to install with brush guards. You just stick a screw driver in and pop it out.

Got new protaper bars and risers for my 02 drz 400. So i had it all apart din make sence not to replace tge old tube. The factory heat shrinks the grips on so i would play hell getting new grips on. The quality is fine. Just wish it had open end on it so i could install my knuckle busters easier. Hadda cut the end off. But like anything aftermarket it needs modified.

Fits a stock drz400 throttle perfectly without having to alter the cables at all. Highly recommend this over removing the nasty fused rubber stock grip.Only complaint is that the end is closed, meaning if you want to use a bar end or hand guard you'll have to trim the throttle tube a little.

Fit good. I sanded the paint off the end and dry lubed. Working great!

Fits well and seems just as strong as original if not stronger

Shipped nice and fast, didn't install part yet but I'm not expecting any surprises from a Motion Pro product. Needed this to install aftermarket grips on my drz400sm.
