Works great!
Free observations: The most important part is that you have wet fingers. This material becomes malleable and easy to work with when it's wet. Scoop out about the amount you would want and then wet it with your fingers. Once you've put it on your tooth you'll want to bite down let it squish around get to where it needs to get to. Don't worry too much about the excess at this point, but if any squishes out of the tooth then you can remove that. For the next 20 minutes I would suggest biting down on something absorbent like tissue or a paper towel. This will help dry it out a bit and let it start hardening into your tooth.Once it gets a little bit hard after about 20 minutes you can try to pick out some of the extra parts you don't like. If you do it too early or if you're too aggressive with it you might pull the whole filling out. Even if some gets stuck on your tooth in a place you don't like it you can always pick it out later. Remember this is a temporary filing.I suggest doing this at night after you've done all your eating for the day. That way you'll have more than then recommended 2 hours for it to set. I would continue to bite on the absorbent towel on and off for the next couple hours before bed. I'd also suggest if avoiding feeling the filling with your tongue, this both re-wets it and potentially moves the filling. I know that will be hard.By the next day you'll be good to eat or do anything else you need with it, but I do recommend not brushing it too vigorously. Also avoid touching it with your tongue it over and over again because it does wear down over time. It's not a permanent filling like the ones you get from the dentist, and my experience it tends to wear down in 5 to 7 days depending on how much you put in.Fortunately this comes with two containers that will have more than enough to keep your tooth filled for several months even with reapplications.I tried a more expensive solution here on Amazon that cost around $40 thinking that it must be better than this really cheap one, only to find that that filling fell out both times I tried to use it. I went ahead and returned that and got this and this has been way better definitely worth the extremely reasonable price.Definitely recommend.

Didn’t work on my chipped front tooth
This did not work for me! I have a front tooth that has a small piece that chipped off a couple of decades ago. I had cosmetic bonding done to repair the chip. However, it doesn’t last permanently. I’ve had to go back to the dentist a couple of times to have the composite bonding redone. This time a piece of the bonding came off and I was able to fit the small piece back into place, but I need something to hold it there until I get to the dentist to have it fixed. This stuff made it look worse than having a small chip in my tooth. It’s super white and made my teeth look like I had a piece of food stuck in them or just plain out right bad teeth.I believe this has its purpose. It will probably work best for a bigger piece of tooth or a crown that has come off of a back tooth. It seems like it could also be good to fill in a hole where a tooth has come out of the socket. However, this isn’t good for front teeth. At least not a small chip at the bottom of a front tooth. So, you are like me looking for something to glue together a chipped front tooth, this isn’t the product. I’m just trying to save someone the money on a similar tooth issue.

Honest review
1. Bright white, maybe best for back teeth2. Hardens like chalk. Can't chew with that tooth.3 comes out when you eat (they claim it's safe)4. Pretty easy to use. Scrape some out with tool. With wet fingers roll into a ball. Stuff in hole.5. I find that if my saliva touches it it just comes apart. So right after getting it into my tooth I will hold my mouth open so it will dry. Once it dries for a minute or two then it's fine on the outside but you have to wait for it to dry on the inside to eat. Which as I said it doesn't seem to matter because it comes out.6. I think it depends on if your hole is on the side of your tooth or if it's a bottom tooth or a top tooth. I think all those things make a difference. It doesn't work well to fill the side of a tooth. Might not come out in other situations like a top tooth or a bottom tooth and it going straight in.6. As far as taste, I don't care either way. It's not a good taste of course, but it's not horrible either but it does sting my tongue.7. As far as size, there's plenty in one little container. I didn't need to buy the two. But if you have to continually refill your hole then you probably do. I just need my tooth pulled.8. It wasn't that much money and it was worth a try.

Works for a few minutes and then for 3 days
Really bad product. Didn't hold more than 30 min. The first two times. My husband gave it another chance as the dentist' office was closed just before our trip. So far, the clown is still in place after almost 3 days but my husband chews on the other side. He used more cement.

Cheap, effective way to temporarily fill missing dental work(fillings).
The product is a paste that hardens after it's placed in the area of missing filling. It's a bit sticky and hard to work with but easy to master after a few tries. Surprisingly, that which I filled stayed filled and hardened in minutes. I didn't have to keep my mouth open whilst it did so. The taste is awful, a peppery sort of burn almost, but hey, it works. Saved me some grief, and it's two dollars.

Life saver while on trip
I had a crown pop off during a vacation trip last year. This stuff saved the trip since I was able to hold off on finding an emergency dentist while traveling. I started bring this stuff with me on every trip as you never know when needed and sure enough my wife had a small part of a crown break and she was able to use it to keep the pain at minimum until seeing our dentist.
