Sweet Dreams: Bedtime Visualizations for Kids

We love this book. It has been fun to read with my one year old twins and my older kids (7& 9) enjoy it as well. The illustrations are beautiful and the content is well written. Great book to give as a gift or to have in your home for your children.

I love this book! Beautifully brilliant! My 3rd old son loves it too. We read 2 of the stories so far and we had a lot of relaxing fun with the blowing bubbles story. Great idea for a bedtime book!

My children (3 and 5) love Goodnight Yoga and I have been a long time fan of Curly Girl Designs, so this book was an easy sell for me. They love the quiet use of their imaginations before bed. I love the calming effect! Great illustrations! Would be a great gift!

I was not sold on visualization for my toddler but I was feeling frustrated with the bedtime routine seemingly getting long and more difficult night after night. This book helps him calm down and relax.

Loved this book for my kids. My oldest (5 years) learned calming strategies in school and these are great! Great for bed time but also good for if she needs to calm down a little during the day.I wish I could order one for everyone in her class 🙂. This will be one of my go to gifts for her friends.

My 3 year old is fascinated by dreams. She is now going through a bad dreams phase. Instead of buying books that will give the kids more ideas about things to be afraid of, I bought this. It's about relaxation before bed suggesting cute dreams. It is almost a meditation for young kids. Strongly recommended.

We are incorporating meditation into our teaching practice this year and I am looking forward to using this beautiful book as a tool!!
