You are buying a new pair of Chrome 1 1/2" tall Handlebar Risers with a One Piece Top Clamp and 4 mounting screws. The risers have 1/2" x 13 pitch mounting threads and will work on any Harley handlebar that is 1"' thick in the clamping area. Made from Billet Aluminum, these risers are polished and then chrome plated for that show appearance.
