Fox Run 3-Tier Copper Kitchen Hanging Fruit Baskets, 32 Inches

This has turned out to be a good hanging fruit basket. It holds a decent amount of food and the baskets are deeper than most so you can stack fruits and veggies that won’t bruise. I had doubts about the durability and weight capacity as it feels flimsy, but as you can see in the picture it is holding 3 large onions, 3 sweet potatoes, 2 garlic cloves, a bunch of bananas, and some clementines. Earlier in the week it held these plus a tomato, another onion, and three avocados, so my doubts about its weight capacity have gone away. It is a lifesaver for my small janky apartment. Needs an extender for high ceilings but I knew this going into the purchase.Pros- weight capacity, basket depth, design is pleasant, folds up for storageCons- not great for high ceilings (see picture)

I actually ended up taking out one of the baskets and I was easily able to make it the perfect length for the space. We use this everyday and it stores our fruit and coffee pods. Easy to clean and store if we need to take it down.

Cute but doesn’t seem very durable

The baskets are nice and deep, sturdy, and it was easy to hang.

I have say I had to have this red one. I already have a white one. They really are handy to have and are a considerable size., the total length from the top of the hook (which by itself is 3"long) is 32" long. The chain from the bottom of the hook to the first basket is 12" in length. There is 3 1/2"from the bottom of the small basket to the top of the medium basket. 3 3/4" to 4" from the bottom of the medium basket to the top of the large basket. The 3 baskets are all made chain linked style, and measure ; the small one 3 1/2"deep ,7" wide tapering down to 5" wide. The medium one is 4" deep, 9" wide , tapering down to 6" wide, and the large one is 5" deep , 11" wide , tapering down to 7 1/2" wide. Some reviews say that the baskets can not hold much weight and they broke or fell apart. I have found that som of these links are separated alittle , I simply took some small pliers are pinched them back closer together, same as a chain necklace. And as far as how much they will hold , I comfortably put 5 to 6 lbs. of potatoes in the large basket at the same time a 3 lb bag of onions in the medium basket. The small basket holds plenty of whole garlic. As long as you aren't swinging these baskets around and you have a long enough and strong enough hook to hold the weight there shouldn't be a problem . My personal advise is to inspect the baskets and chains really good , hold the baskets by the top of the hook an tug the baskets adding some weight while inspecting them. Maybe it seems like work but all of these chain tiered baskets are going to be made overseas , unless you plan to 9nly use them for small snacks like granola bars , fiber one bars and rice krispy which just happen to be what my other one has in it , then maybe you don't need to really worry about the links , but that may not always be the case. For each basket that is connected to the chain there is a small round ring attaching them.I have squeezed the rings together a bit more overlapping the opening ends for more strength. I am going to order the green one next to put an african violet in the top and 2 other plants below . These are just my own thoughts , suggestions and opinions on this 3 tiered hanging basket.🍎 THANKS FOR READING, BYE.🍏

Returned. I had one of these 20 years ago and I can say the quality now is incredibly poor. Also I get the point of the clips holding each tier, but it also makes it look cheap. The copper looked fake and more pink. I know quality of all things has decreased, but this is worth $7, maybe.

My mom used to have one of these when I was growing up that we kept onions and garlic in. I've been wanting one for my own kitchen for awhile. It is very sturdy. In the bottom basket I have about 5 lbs of baby red potatoes, in the middle some apples and bananas and the top some tomatoes and garlic. You can use it for whatever, it keeps stuff separated, and has not once given me a problem. Well, when I first got it, one of the rings holding the chain to one of the baskets came undone and I put it back on (its like a key ring but looser.) I attributed this to just a fluke because that was before I had it loaded and it has not done that again since I put it back. It actually helps preserve my food. I live in a one bedroom apartment, and I was storing my fruit and veggies on top of the microwave out of lack of anywhere else to put them. My tomatoes and bananas would go bad SUPER fast. With the basket, they don't rot. I'm not sure if it's because they get more air flow, or away from the heat or what but it makes me happy I'm not throwing produce away. Only drawback is I can't hang it from my ceiling because it is too heavy, have it hanging off the edge of the top of one of the cabinets (it's leaning against the cabinet now.) if I had a place of my own I might try attaching it to a stud, but it definitely won't hang from the plaster in the ceiling!

My Grandmother had 1 like dis in the 80's&90's...I had to order it...Fits perfectly hung in the middle of my kitchen window 🪟 ..

We used this in an aviary for the birds to land on and it works great.

Gostei muito do produto, apesar do material aparentemente parecer um pouco frágil, me surpreendeu, suportando, uma quantidade generosa de alimentos ( no caso, batatas, que pesam muito, cebolas e alho, que foi a proposta destinada ao cesto).Até o momento, está aprovadissimo.

Es un excelente accesorio para la cocina. Me ahorra espacio y al mismo tiempo tengo a la mano frutas y vegetales muy bien ventiladas. Ademas es muy resistente

Muy practico, duradero y practico

It doesn't look particularly sturdy but holds plenty of fruit/veg so definitely not complaining. Pretty and functional, can't ask for more than that!
