PfisterLG898DAB Deckard Tub and Shower Trim, Matte Black

Our builder used Pfister valves so we were stuck with this brand. These are nice fixtures for the price. My only complaint is that they are hard to clean, they show water spots and they are near impossible to get back completely clean. We purchased these over a year ago.

Very stylish and modern looking however, I purchased a "Used-Like New" one and it has been nothing but junk. I've usually had success with ordering used items through Amazon Warehouse but this one was a huge disappointment. Where to start: the threads on the shower arm were defective and leaked no matter how tight or changing from teflon tape to thread sealer; the shower head leaks/drips when the shower is running; there was no shower arm flange in the box when I opened it. For the record: I've installed dozens of shower trim kits so I do know what I am doing. I could not get to installing this until a month after it arrived and missed the return window. Shame on Amazon Warehouse for not making sure all parts were included in an order and shame on Pfister for making such crappy equipment.

Awesome quality! The tub spout is metal, Other brands that are more expensive have all plastic tub spouts and look very cheap but are more expensive! Unfortunately we had to return it due to the wrong valve being installed. I would recommend this shower trim kit to anyone who is doing a bathroom remodel.

Looks good, did not realize valve not included, nor drain cover and the cover that goes between the turn on handle and drain cover....sorry, don't know what that is called. Had plumber install so don't know how difficult it was.

Everything looks and feels high quality. Would recommend. Note that you’ll need to get the valve and plumb that prior to installing this stuff.I got this set with the recommended valve (the one with the stops built in. I used a YouTube channel called “Got2Learn” to learn how to plumb it in and got to work. It took me about 4 hours to do the valve, and once that was done the actual stuff you’re buying here is pretty self explanatory.

We remodeled our bathroom, was looking for the right fixture that’s going to match our design and final found this online…couldn’t find it in stores. Excellent quality, easy to install and well written directions. It’s perfect!

This set is very nice. Installation was fairly easy. The tub spout does come with everything that is needed. We bought it separately, because the pictures didn't show it. The showerhead is a nice size. Looks real good in our newly renovated bathroom.

My plumber said it was a high-quality product. We installed 3 months ago. So far, it works great. There are 3 settings so you can set it to the desired pressure. It is a little loud when you put it at top pressure though. If not for that, I would have given all five stars.

I got the product and there was two pieces missing. The manufacturer refused to give me a refund . They told me I had to wait a month plus to get the part , I had contractors in my house that day doing it. So I had to buy new and do nothing with this kit . $300 thrown down the drain X horrible customer service .. would not recommend

When I ordered this kit, it didn't tell me a rough in valve was required. I see in the photos now, it's there.My plumber couldn't get the rough in valve at any stores. Now my return window has closed and I'm stuck with this.

I was going to use my shower and when I lifted the diver Tor to get water through the shower the whole water spout came flying off and hit my foot. Extremely dangerous had it been a child

Had numerous issues with shipping. missing essential parts first time, box was damaged in transit the second time, third time was a charm i guess. Best deal for what we were looking for and looks great installed, shower head has great pressure/settings.
