Lots of self assembly required! Make sure you have plenty of time to fluff and tie everything- including the fringe tassle banner. It was very cute though, the colors were beautiful and identical to the photo.Tips for balloons: blow them up then rub them to create static electricity. It will help the confetti stick to all sides of the balloon instead of sitting at the bottom.

I loved the product and quality of it. It arrived on time and served it's purpose well. Very time consuming to assemble it so would advise to get hours of a headstart.

Good for the price and loved the way it looked when i was done. The little flower ball things were just a bit hard to put together. Instructions weren’t that great but nonetheless figured it out! Looked beautiful when done decorating

Loved the color. The only bad thing is you need to start assembling ahead of time. All the items are not put together.

Mine was missing the 2 fans hence the 4 stars. My fault for opening it only the day before the party. Takes hours to put together but it's a pretty end product. I had to add gold balloons to the mix as the clear one didn't look as good in my "maroon, pink, and gold" theme party.

I was extremely happy with the Happy Birthday banner and circle cut outs. The tissue poms were smaller than I expected. And I did NOT receive any balloons with my order. Because of this I am giving this a 3 star review

The colors are beautiful, I bout this for my best friends 23rd birthday and she was obsessed. It feels more adult with the burgundy, which I loved.
